So far it's the best pasta we've found in the area. But get there early. It's a pretty popular place.

Bella Napoli is definitely the best Italian Restaurant in Charlotte County. As a person originally from the Northeast I am pretty choosy with my Italian Restaurants and this one nails it. With delicious Italian food and great service it s a neighborhood gem!

Great pizza, horrible music. We used to come here often when we lived closer. Made the drive back today for nostalgia. The pizza was as good as we remembered but they changed the Greek dressing, which used to be a favorite, to something creamy (instead of the traditional vinaigrette with feta chunks). The music was loud and more suited for a gay dance club. Not sure who decided a restaurant full of seniors and Gen-Xers would enjoy listening to that nonsense. Service was good and no mask nonsense, which was a plus.

Dont let the outside fool ya...this place inside is an authentic gem! Great atmosphere, great service, excellent food, with great portions. Not one person at our table could finish their meal! Excellent food!

Returned today for pasta. Blackened shrimp, mushrooms, and spinach in a sundried tomato cream sauce. Delicious! The foccaci bread is so light and warm. Brittany is my server tonight. Excellent service once again. Had pizza my first trip here with excellent crust. This is authentic Italian food, well worth multiple visits.

I travel for work and needed a place to eat dinner. I asked the hotel clerk if she could recommend a place for me. She stated Bella Napoli. So, I usually use door dash, however they do their own delivery. Cool, no problem. I call and get a young lady by the name of Anna Watts, who works the front counter. Mind you, I am Italian, hungry, indecisive and looking at a really great menu. I kept Anna on the phone for over 14+ minutes. I was extremely impressed by her patience, customer service and hospitality. She wasn't short or frustrated with me, at least while she was on the phone with me. She answered my 1 million questions and kept her cool even when I changed my order 3 times. Most people would of copped a major attitude. Not Anna. That's a great first impression that goes a long way. Great for business and as you can see reviews. There is only one word of advice. Anna, in the future when you complete a call hang up the phone. I heard everything. lol - It's ok. You are a good egg. To her employer, you should recognize and value her.
