I recently went in to get the oil changed in my 2006 Ford Focus. Overall, the experience was good - easy to schedule online, courteous staff, etc. HOWEVER, be wary of any repairs/maintenance they suggest for your vehicle. After the multi-point inspection the service staff mentioned replacing my rear bushings as they were "starting to go" and may be an issue at inspection. The catch? I know I replaced my rear bushings two years ago through another mechanic, and have only put 6k miles on the car since. I didn't ask for further definition of "starting to go" and declined the repairs, but it makes me question if they actually looked at the bushings or if this suggestion was based purely off the mileage of the vehicle.Good spot for quick routine maintenance, but do your research and get a second opinion on anything else.
