I placed an order for fire resistant boards last Friday that should have been delivered within 3-4 days (i.e., by today). Surprisingly, I received a call from the depot that their boards are damaged and asked me if I will accept the damage boards? This was very shocking to me as I paid for a defect free board. I'm still waiting for the delivery hope that I'll receive defect free boards.
