Had some signs made up for our village play equipment and found FASTSIGNS to be very efficient and also cheaper than the other quotes. They even very helpfully swapped-out the wrong size posts I'd ordered and cut them down to size for me. Highly recommended and would use again.

I have never been let down in term of quality of service and customer relation. Fastsigns Chelmsford designs cutting-edge products with prompt services.. I am very satisfied. very cost-efective.

Friendly staff but very disappointing service. I needed some of my artwork digitised so I could sell prints. After the first attempt all eight images were unusable and worse than a basic photocopy in quality. The designer asked me to bring my originals back in for another try which I did. Once again the quality was dismal and no better than I had managed with my own camera.

They said they couldn't do anymore so I was all ready to try a different avenue. I then got an email saying that due to the time put in to it all they could only return 25% of what I'd payed.

Bearing in mind I had nothing to show for the money I felt this was outrageous. If I work on something for a customer where I need to 'experiment a bit' (Fastsigns Designer's words), I work on one example until I get it right, not work on all eight illustrations...twice. That was their decision not mine.

It was also Fastsigns decision to try the second time. I was simply asked to bring my original pictures back in. At no point was I told this would mean very little money back if it didn't work.

I complained and they agreed to return 50%. Again I think this is ridiculous. If I'm asked to draw a commission for a customer and the end result isn't to quality I don't and can't charge them for half the time. If I can't meet the agreement I don't get paid. Fastsigns have got a great racket going getting money for no quality result.

As a small, local business I'll never use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

An update since my review above ... I had to go in today with my card to get my 50% refund. Whilst in, a manager came out and asked me to justify my above review. I was a bit taken aback. She seemed to think that getting 50% of my payment back didn't deserve the review.

Let me leave this as a comment to FastSigns...next time any customer comes in with an unusual request that your team needs to experiment with to see if it's possible, keep a note of the time spent and let me know. I'll pop in and pay for the time even though what's produced is nothing I can personally use. After all, that's what I've just had to do.

Have used this company before and been very satisfied with the customer service and the finished signs. However tried to place another order for further signs to be made and told someone would ring me back which never happened. I kept chasing until someone advised me to email them and I did get a reply which said I would get a call the following day which never happened. Rang again explained yet again what I wanted made etc and was called back by the customer account manager explained what I needed and was told artwork would be emailed to me before signs were made great I thought finally got somewhere. Same day got an invoice but no artwork waited another day then called back. I was informed by the owner that I have to pay half the costs for the signs before I would see the artwork(Never happened this was as per previous order) which I explained was told account manager would call me back. I did get a call back and was basically called a lair in not so many words needless to say I told the account manager I did not care for her attitude and was going hang up the call which I did do.

I do understand that the recent covid pandemic has affected how we all work etc but even taking this into consideration I will never use or recommend this company after my recent experiences.

Paul and his team were great. His vision was translated into reality. Paul showed a real passion for our project. Would highly recommend. Our office looks great now.

Fastsigns did some signage for me onto a newly acquired work lorry. From the initial phone call, quotes, proofs and finally doing the signage Fastsigns were excellent. Professional, and polite throughout. Also important to mentioned the work done on my lorry was 1st class!

About to use FASTSIGNS for the 2nd time, they did a great job on some leaflets for a charity client of mine, they were very quick and responsive to queries and getting quotes and invoices out etc. Very reasonable costs and good products too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Their services and creativity in product delivery is in a class of its own. When it comes to price, they are very competitive. All referrals have come back with the same satisfactory remark.

So pleased that FastSigns is so close to work, as it was so easy to go and chat about requirements. The quotation was supplied speedily, and when the job was decided on they finished it really fast and the quality was superb. And no, I don't work for them!

Service is good contact with us was consistent, waiting to see if the vinyl screening blocks out sun before can comment on the product but so far with the little sun we have had it would appear to have done just what we wanted. Hopefully when the real bright Sun comes along it will continue to.

The owner of this franchise is extremely rude and unhelpful. She is disrespectful not only to her customers, but to her staff also. Fortunately for her, the staff that she has working for her are a credit to her and are all very helpful, they cannot be more friendly and accommodating.

We've used Fast Sign Chelmsford now for 6 years and never had anything but great service from them.

Ordered a poster from them and said it was urgent. I was told i could have it the following tues/wed. The week went by and i heard nothing. They claimed they tried to call me but my phone number didn't work? I had been emailing their staff about the poster on my personal work email address but they didnt think to email me instead if they couldnt get through on my phone? Anyway...finally got the poster and just went to put it on the wall and it's a completly different size! Not even a tiny bit off it's completly different. Just called them to explain the issue and said we have been waiting for the poster too long anyway and now it's wrong we need it asap. Was then told they would have to order materials in and could be late next week. USELESS! Got a refund.

Fastsigns are a very professional company offering great products, with extremely helpful staff who ensure your order is correct before manufacture. The delivery service is very quick, in all, a great company!

Fast Signs can make most things work, even if we have slightly weird requests, and you work tirelessly to make sure products meet deadlines even if it's really short notice.

We used this company to replace some sign writing on a van that we repaired. The staff were very friendly and pleasant, communication was great and they kept our customer informed of the dates they were due to fit the signs. They even went to the customers house at their convenience so we didn't have to put them off any longer than we needed to. As a big company ourselves, we would recommend this service to anyone needing signs and wraps for their vehicles.

Went to Fastsigns in order to fit our vinyl's.



The second attempt, and another invoice, they came off the wall again within 24 hours.

Fastsigns stated that the quality of the vinyl was not up to scratch which the printer disputed.



When attempting to question Fastsigns, they simply absolved blame by putting the onus on the printers, and when questioned recently I have not had a reply to my last email. Poor service.

As a local business I would not use again and certainly not recommend.

Always prompt, friendly staff and very helpful. A pleasure to deal with.
