Fantastic customer service! I recently purchased a Rubicon through Farrish and the experience in it's entirety was very pleasant. It was a bit of a drive from my home to this dealership but well worth my travels. Brand Specialist Rome Bernardo kept great communication via email/phone to ensure they had exactly what I was looking for and my needs were met. I would definitely say he went above and beyond my expectations. I was greeted by friendly staff when I arrived and I never felt pressured into making a purchase. After choosing to move forward with my purchase Matt Hull in the finance department assisted me with my fiance options. He was very professional and displayed a great deal of knowledge regarding the maintenance packages they have available to offer. Throughout this process Rome and his supervisor were both flexible and worked together to ensure I would leave a happy customer. They succeeded!
