Fareportal pune, ONE OF THE WORST COMPANY EVER VISITED.. ZERO HR MANAGEMENT..NO BRIEFING...NO FEEDBACK..LOW RATING DUE TO POOR HR MANAGEMENT..HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!

One of the worst company in Pune. After 4 days of training they realised that they did not conduct one of the interview rounds. Also they do not accept their mistakes. Hr Pallavi is worst. She thinks like she is the only person in this world who speaks truth and rest of the people are liar's. Wasted half of the month for these useless people. Will not recommend anyone to join this company or even go for interview. You better stay unemployed rather than joining this company.

Good job option for experience and fresh started their careers. Salary is average but incentive may be attractive.

If you are new to the city , pay your homage to the Red square. One stop solution for all the brothers and sisters job hunting; Want to earn a quick buck in this domain , walk in and you will be SERVED . The walls around it are colourful and filled with beautiful street art.

This place is very nice to work while making good money.

I don't no about the work pressure or something else but they make people fool in the name of interview. I can say it was a grammar class rather then a interview . Hospitality was good

This is one of the best organization to work around in pune. They have a lot of good process for airline and travel industry domain. And this firm has a lot of growth towards thr travel domain on the comin future. The best part I liked about the organization was that they provide free food services for all the employees and free transport facility i.e. to and fro. However I fealt the the recruitment staff was not really too friendly. They make you sit for say around 4-5 hrs and after such a long wait or at limes maybe more than that, they just inform you and you need to take care of yourself all the way long. Hope to see some nice recruitment staff ahead.

PATHETIC !!!! Would never suggest anybody to work in this company . In the beginning they show all the good stuff but when you start working u will wait to leave the organisation. The hiring HR management team is pathetic. They will not help you with payslips or any documents as you leave the organisation they will tell you to do everything online . NEVER would suggest anybody about this company . Regret leaving my previous organisation

Pathetic is the word. I can't thank my friends enough who warned me against joining this company. Got the offer for a joining today and the last week (joining formalities) was absolutely pathetic. No one keeps the time, right from the time of the interview - Delayed by over 2 hrs., the offer was to be sent the next day, did not receive till one day before joining. The documentation was to be done a day before joining - extremely slow and unorganized. All of this was so disgusting and in bad taste, that I have not joined here and recommend NO one to join either. Having spoken to some old employees, the work pressure is immensely crazy with a Hire & Fire attitude! I wish I could give a ZERO!

Thy take one round of interview after more th 4 hours...managers are not available...thy call u at 2:00 pm n the interview begins at 8:00 pm.

I went for the interview , sat there for almost 3 hours and was never asked even for a water, secondly I gave the interview and was rejected in the last operations round, when I inquired the HR department about the reason / feedback for rejecting he stated that even he did not got a specific reason from the operations and I was rejected. I think so that a proper reason should be provided when a candidate is rejected so they can improve in the coming time.

Worst company to work with, if we have to work there we should leave our personal life apart and be ready to be slaves.

A BPO, not a company with satisfied employees. Too much pressure on employees, no leave and work extra hours without overtime pay. Unprofessional HR keeping candidates waiting for too long. No sense of time value of others. Need to improve dealing with employees for a better experience.

Worst experience of life time would not suggest it to my enemy as i think its more than just a hell to work there frankly speaking people should at least respect their employees they will treat you like their servants i dnot understand when they make people to work an extra dat giving the reason of EST AND IST time change and give you a "virtual weekoff " how can a weekoff be virtual and then they say due to time zone differencesi guess they are the only company who work for USA clients rest others dont work for any international clients frankly speaking Mr SAM S JAIN he did a great job and he is a great entrepreneur but people working for him specially in Pune branch donot know how to work they wont even respect you whiel talking thats the management glitch of the company when you have a leave request or a swap request the teamleaders dont work on it but just deny theyget personal grudges on work i wont suggest any one to join this company as people or the OMS will favor their TLs if ur an agwnt there then ur their servant and they have a CALL ALLIGNMENT issue as well people will get non revenue I calls and if they have tomeet their stats then they will change the call flow with the help of WFM and give it to specific people and when questioned on that you are treated as servant..... Incase if Mr Sam jain reads this comment any time iwould request sir please get this fixed and ask your managers not to lie to the employees about their salary atleast.

It's amazing to see the amount of money the agents make and accomplish their dreams. Some crazy amouts are given out as incentives.
Most employees work with targets of buying their own cars and bikes....out of the incentive

Delay the interview process for no reason as if we don't have any other work. Had to wait for 3 hours for the first round of interview. The interviewers here don't give the feedback or results instantly.

Had the worst work experience of my life. Absolutely zero management skills and the HR keeps delaying the full n final settlement every month. This company is a huge scam and fool customers. They fprce you to work on week offs and hide them in the roster so that you work an extra day every week. Leaders are a bunch of idiots and only their favourites make incentives. If you hear that the incentives are good then its a total lie.. they pay you nothing..

I've heard this used to be the best sales organization
