In customer service we have asked because of our broken Bugaboo Buffalo chassis, because the stroller was suddenly wrong.
According to technicians or customer service "no repair of the damage is possible", it must be purchased the chassis by about 443 euros.
When we got down the cover ourselves, it turned out that only ONE screw from the chassis was loose !!!!! Unbelievable that the customer service as only possibility of the exchange of the chassis was called by approx. 440 euro. We are very disappointed that Bugaboo acts so bold and almost ripped us off !!!

Sun shade for Fox purchased online. As expected - a high-quality product, nice, practical, but very poor service via customer service (you are "another customer", satisfied or not). Product also lacks ribs! I still had to order it separately for 20. Wouldn't you expect, if you buy a pram for 1500, right ?;)

Bad user experience with Bugaboo Cameleon special ...

Bad user experience with Bugaboo Cameleon special edition, bought just 5 years ago and just started using it with my 2nd kid. A security piece of the seat belt got broken (poor quality on this part) and Bugaboo s solution is to replace the whole seat (70 ) as the seatbelts are sewed to the seat. A very unfair solution for a pushchair that worths 1000 . Not recommended this brand not their support service anymore.

After having only 7 months this buffalo and a daughter of 7 kgs as a user, the real quality started showing up. Bugaboo claims that this is a perfectly good pram and refuses service. I would really recommend to stay away from the brand that combines bad quality and customer service

Bugaboo stroller that had multiple problems within...

Bugaboo stroller that had multiple problems within a few months. Supposedly, high-quality material is used. We used the pram max 3x week and already had wear on the push bar after a few months in places where there was no pushing! The fact that the pushchair is on the brakes and then shoots forward when the bus or tram is running is not taken seriously by Bugaboo.

We were there last Thursday, February 27, 2020. Unfortunately a big disappointment. As a consumer you expect with a brand such as this good service and customer oriented staff.
(There was a coffee machine but offering a cup of coffee could not get away)

Unfortunately the lady in the store seemed very uninterested in providing service or selling the product at all.
Answering questions was irritated with the solution just look on the website.
While we just went to the store for the service and a qualitative explanation.
That's what a store is for today, right?
Final verdict: don't bother going. The staff was just as passive as a website.
Lazy up sale way no reason or good sales pitch why I should spend something extra.

Recently bought a pram here. We went inside with some doubt given the large market supply of prams. The girls here helped us super well, we felt very welcome and the time was taken for us to show everything clearly and to answer our questions. Nothing was too much to ask. Arlette has a clear knowledge of the facts and with her help we have chosen a very nice car. We are very happy with the chosen car! Thank you girls!

My immediate impression was - Bugaboo shopping ala Apple. It's expensive as just the fa, but man, where are we excited about our Donkey Duo. Bought some warm posts for the cart and the clerk was sweet and took the time to help us as well as explain the differences and materials. Excellent English otherwise
