Pathetic is the word. I can't thank my friends enough who warned me against joining this company. Got the offer for a joining today and the last week (joining formalities) was absolutely pathetic. No one keeps the time, right from the time of the interview - Delayed by over 2 hrs., the offer was to be sent the next day, did not receive till one day before joining. The documentation was to be done a day before joining - extremely slow and unorganized. All of this was so disgusting and in bad taste, that I have not joined here and recommend NO one to join either. Having spoken to some old employees, the work pressure is immensely crazy with a Hire & Fire attitude! I wish I could give a ZERO!
