Worst experience of life time would not suggest it to my enemy as i think its more than just a hell to work there frankly speaking people should at least respect their employees they will treat you like their servants i dnot understand when they make people to work an extra dat giving the reason of EST AND IST time change and give you a "virtual weekoff " how can a weekoff be virtual and then they say due to time zone differencesi guess they are the only company who work for USA clients rest others dont work for any international clients frankly speaking Mr SAM S JAIN he did a great job and he is a great entrepreneur but people working for him specially in Pune branch donot know how to work they wont even respect you whiel talking thats the management glitch of the company when you have a leave request or a swap request the teamleaders dont work on it but just deny theyget personal grudges on work i wont suggest any one to join this company as people or the OMS will favor their TLs if ur an agwnt there then ur their servant and they have a CALL ALLIGNMENT issue as well people will get non revenue I calls and if they have tomeet their stats then they will change the call flow with the help of WFM and give it to specific people and when questioned on that you are treated as servant..... Incase if Mr Sam jain reads this comment any time iwould request sir please get this fixed and ask your managers not to lie to the employees about their salary atleast.
