Horrible service. Their systems crashed and lost my order. I learned about it 3 weeks later when I received an email stating my refund was on its way. I contacted them the following day (they were closed when the email came through), and was told it was my problem- not theirs, and to contact the coaches that set up the fundraiser. I ve since learned that I m not the only one with this experience. I don t know how they re still in business with such horrible customer service.
