Making an appointment is impossible. I am a USF health physician and I was put on hold for average of 47 minutes each time. I can imagine what happens to non physicians/patients. If USF health wants lto retain patients they need to organize a very efficient system of scheduling.
Deplorable for a large university health services.

Terrible service by an uncaring staff. I arrived for my appointment only to find it had been cancelled without any notification. Nobody I spoke to could explain why, only that I should have been told (no kidding). I was given the option of waiting to be seen by another provider "if they could work me in" but was also told that they were already 60 to 90 minutes behind schedule. This was at 10am in the morning. Time to find another provider.

Some of the specialties are better organized than others. Getting an answer or question that you might have after you leave the office is difficult at best on some of the specialties. The accounting and billing department is horrible. I don't know if I can recommend them.

This doctor's office is the worst with wait times. My daughter called to schedule an appointment on 2/26/19 and they told her the first available would be in April!!! WTF?? She called back and said she didn't care what doctor she just needs to get in soon. So they miraculously found an open appointment this Thursday. We got called into the private room, saw the student doctor and have been waiting for over 45 minutes for the real doctor to come in. Her appointment was at 8:40am and it is now almost 10am. I will be finding another doctor's office. Still waiting

Very disappointing experiences. Despite having doctors under the same USF umbrella, their records systems seem to be separate and don't talk to each other, making it frustrating to have to answer the same questions and fill out the same paperwork. I saw Dr. Mattingly back in mid-December and did a battery of testing for about 3.5 hours. I was released afterward without being told what the next steps were and was too exhausted after the neuro testing for that to cross my mind. A few weeks later when I called, I was told my records would be mailed to me. About 6 weeks later I called since I still hadn't received them and was told I had to fill out a medical records release form to get them mailed to me. 4 weeks after sending those forms in I still haven't received my records. I've not made a decision on the quality of the doctors, but the patient experience from an administrative standpoint is a nightmare.

I come the the Morsani center for my Family Medicine Doctor and my Physical Therapist. My experience has been that the PT department is very good here. I have found Family Medicine and Neurosurgery to be very difficult to get an appointment.

The facility is nice and clean, but sometimes I wonder if they're too big and complex. The pre-check in, followed by the check in seems unnecessary to me. The staff has been amazing all of the times I have come by.
