This business is USELESS! I have been trying for weeks to contact someone/anyone and they will not return my call! I have left numerous voicemails and still nothing! They obviously don't care to help anyone! I spoke to Darlena once but she has refused to call me back or help me in any way. Do not waste your time with this scam of a business!

*This is my response to the businesses response on 10/6/20, please do not make it sound like you actually did anything for me, the referral obviously did not go through, I tried to call the office that you referred to me and no answer and I have since tried two or three times to contact darlena to let her know and she still hasn't called me back.

About a year ago, I attended a meeting to sign up to volunteer with RAIN. After I attended this meeting, It took forever for them to contact me to volunteer. After while, I lost interest in the company itself. Now, they send emails asking for volunteers because they have upcoming events that volunteer positions are needed to be filled. I would have loved to partner with them, but I don't believe they are the best communicators when it boils down to community and unity.

Poorly organized & disappointing. I sought PrEP treatment with RAIN and was told to speak with someone named Roberto. I called several times & never got an answer. I left Roberto a voicemail, still no return phone calls. Called again and spoke with someone who stated that she would have Roberto call me back. A week later I have yet to hear from Roberto. It's sad that those of us who are seeking preventative care cannot receive it due to the organizations inability or incompetence to provide care. I have since sought preventative care elsewhere.
