Falcad Srl Review

I spent a week with my family in villa Licia - a wonderful place in Falcade. The apartment is excellent but I am not happy with the service by Dolomitisime. We arrived on Friday afternoon at 15:30 and after receiving the keys we checked the apartment and went back to the office of Dolomitisime to tell them that there was a broken lamp on the floor in one of the bedrooms and that the place was cold. They said they would drop by at 18:00 to turn the heating on but that actually happened after 19:30. The lamp we had to clean ourselves (there was broken glass all over the room, including in the bed linen and on the pillows) because they could not send anyone to clean it until Monday. That was unacceptable, of course, as we had to use the bedroom on the same night. The next 8 days were OK but then came Saturday night. While cooking pasta we suddenly ran out of gas. We asked the neighbor for help and he showed us the gas bottle of the oven was empty and there was no spare bottle available. He tried to contact Dolomitisime by phone (he only reached the answering machine) and then I tried by email (I still have no reply 5 days later) but in vain. Our dinner was ruined. So was our last breakfast as we planned to make pancakes. We also had to throw away the food we had bought from the supermarket as we could not cook it.
One last thing - we were given the wifi password but there was no network, not even a single day.
I only give two stars because the apartment was nice. I am really disappointed by the Dolomitisime service.

Fantastic service - I left an item and there was no problem with getting it back, very huge apartments with great conditions and location close to the resort (Corso Roma 12)

I rented a holiday appartment in Falcade through Dolotimissime five or six times. No problems, helpful staff, good English communication, wide range of flats to rent. Great service.

- Request info by email about the terrace of an app in Gosaldo whose card you have seen online and they reply that they do not understand where you saw the terrace because there is no apartment !!! Obviously I saw it in the card, not even they checked and the app card was online for 2 years !!!
- Passing for work you stop at the Falcade agency and say that you are passing through, they don't have 5 minutes to devote to you in the next half hour ...

Folks if you can sell yourself ... which is better !! ;-)
