Fairmont Singapore Review

Very expensive. Rooms good but not worth the money. However excellent restaurants.

Located centrally at city hall mrt. Easy to access. Service was good, no complaints

Great location, wonderful service, many restaurant options, lovely pool and bar area, comfortable beds, decent size room, balconies that allow for open doors (if not too hot outside). Clean, serviced twice a day. Staff are helpful and polite. Close to a tourist attractions, shopping malls and harborside. Would definitely stay here again.

This had to be one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed here in.
From the minute that we arrived we were made to feel welcome and all of the staff throughout our visit were extremely friendly and helpful.
We had and executive room overlooking Marina Bay which was very comfortable and well appointed.
Breakfast was good, we ate by the pool and in Prego and enjoyed both.
The hotel location was perfect for shopping, getting around Singapore and for cocktails at Raffles.
We will definitely be back next time we visit Singapore.

Fairmont Singapore has always been my personal favorite hotel choice in Singapore. The location of the hotel is great, with City Hall MRT below, making the hotel very accessible. The rooms have always been great, with thick, comfy mattresses and the bathroom spotless.

Great view. Room is big with great view. Great amenities. Food is good at AMC. Service of staff is fantastic. Great location and I will stay again.

A really nice hotel and a great place to catch the NDP fireworks if you happen to be staying at the right time. Just be mindful of the that the fridge might not have space and you can remove the items inside unless you're willing to pay for them.

Attended an private corporate event at Fairmont. Was a wonderful experience, close proximity to amenities and transport.

Had lunch at the Kopi Tiam. Good food and excellent service. The teh tarik was out of this word.

Everything was pleasant. Went through to get to Skai restaurant and was greeted by a nice elderly Porter who was by the door and greeting everyone. Pretty much made my day :)

Bar of the 72nd storey offers a spectacular view. Great ambience and not overly crowded, though drinks are a little pricey as the hotel targets professionals, managers, executives and such. The restaurant offering for the hotel I would rate good, as the food is authentic to the restaurants theme/cultural background. A cousin who stayed here found it pretty absurd that Wifi was not complimentary. Similarly, hot beverages typically offered complimentary with a buffet, were chargeable.

Held my wedding here and it was a fantastic experience, staff was very helpful and accomondating.

I loved my stay at Fairmont Singapore! The front desk staff were so helpful and kind. My husband and I stayed at here for our anniversary, right at check in they gave us a rose and chocolates and offered us a room upgrade, which was so worth it for the amazing view. The morning buffet at Prego was delicious and helped us from purchasing an extra meal during our stay. Every thing was so clean and timely. Thank you Fairmont Singapore!

Rooms were too hot. Moved rooms 3 times. Sweaty nights. Lobby was cool! Rooms were saunas.

Best service, near shopping mall, near MRT exit and also bus stop

I thought this was an excellent hotel in the heart of downtown Singapore.

The hotel is very clean and modern and it is attached to the Swisotel, a shopping mall and the MRT (underground line) thus, it is very easy to make your way all over Singapore from this location.

I had a deluxe room on the 18th floor. The room was very large and clean with a king size bed and all modern amenities. The bathroom was equally large and clean with a bath tun and a walk in shower room which was equipped with a standard and a rain shower. There is not really much to say, it as clean, brightly lite and modern. The bed and sofa was very comfortable as were the chairs by the desk. There is buffet breakfast in the Prego restaurant which was great and hey cater to every taste.

When I checked out they gave me access to the executive lounge as my flight was not until they late in the evening. This was also very nice with showers and work areas.

My one compliant was that the internet was not free. This I do not like, the standard internet package I feel should be free. Nonetheless, this is an excellent hotel.

Was shocked when I was just standing still when a security officer dressed in a suit from this hotel rudely pushed me right in front of the Raffles mall reception counter...And when I questioned him he said it was my fault that I was in his way..terrible, even after I explained that I suffered from neck injuries and my movements is slow..he uttered how would I know...

Fairmont Singapore is conveniently located near the Rafflescity, Marina Square and Suntec shopping malls. Plenty of good food choices such as Szechuan Court and Prego for your dining needs.

Was there at Bar Rouge on a Friday. Lobby staff was polite.

V cosy and posh interior. Was there for a short moment but could definitely feel the quality of the luxurious rooms!

It's easy to find some food in mall.

This time i booked twin bed room. Bed very large and each enough for 2 person.

Hotel have gym, pools for kids and adult. They also give me welcome drink because i'm member accor.
