Fantastic location and breathtaking views over Montreux, amazing food too but a very poor front reception staff sadly. A lot to improve on or they just had a very bad weekend management wise

I haven't personally been inside the rooms, however my friend has, it was superfluously expensive for what it is. I have also visited the bar in the upper lobby, it is quite relaxing but once again way too expensive. I had 2 shots of vodka for 40CHF.

The hotel is considered as luxury, however way to expensive for the quality offered.

Frame, staff, atmosphere, view, and expensive of high quality. Excellent brunches at affordable prices!

A friend and I have to spend us into this hotel chosen for two nights with our babies (9 and 10 months) in Montreux. The service and helpfulness was extremely good and we felt comfortable. The view was fantastic and the rooms spacious and well-kept (and with a baby bed). We look forward to come back!

Hello, the price / quality ratio is not worthy of a 5 star, approximate wine service ... no cloakroom service at first, I can not recommend! JJK

Lovely, privileged service, spacious suites on the lake, and very comfortable family mattresses.

A highly unpleasant stay. I stayed two nights at the hotel and the rooms are not properly checked, we had a broken bed then viewed another room, one of which had a huge brown stain on the cupboard and then the room was flooded as the water came through the balcony.

The MP'S Bar & Grill is the best restaurant we have tried in Montreux. The setting is just beautiful, the service was perfect (with useful tips to visit the area) and the dishes very well done (I recommend the selection of mature black angus Swiss for meat lovers). We will probably return during our stay in the area. Thanks again for this moment!

So, I'm not happy at all
I had taken out a subscription with my wife for the swimming pool which I really appreciate. Unfortunately he also had to take fitness.
I realized that to come once a week to the swimming pool it was very expensive
Alor I called your house to have a subscription only for the swimming pool. Here is the answer that was given to me ... that if I could not pay the subscription in full
IT IS NO NEED TO COME TO OUR ESTABLISHMENT.
because especially for hotel guests.

Montreux palce is a superb place and it's the first time I've been to this place with my big brother. It was pretty inside

Great vue of the lake, fabulous durant the Jazz festival. Very friendly and efficient staff even when fully booked.

Everything is perfect ! I particularly like the bar (for coffee service).

I stayed for one night on the top floor, amazing view, very welcoming and professional staff, everything was perfect

The hotel is very chic. The impeccable service. The room was spacious. Bottles of water were offered. Like a coffee machine with capsules. And still little things offered by the hotel. The personal is kind.

A view of the lake, incredible staff, kindness and high class professionalism, brunch on sunday morning has you breathtaking and exceptional food.

We celebrated my sister's wedding there.
5 star service, very attentive and friendly staff, truly worthy of a palace. The rooms are superb, not huge, but waking up to the lake view is magical.
Wedding ceremony smoothly conducted both outdoors and indoors. The dishes were of rare finesse and the dessert exceptional. I often say that we judge the quality of a restaurant by its desserts, here divine.

A few remarks, however:
- Parking at 49F the day was a (bad) surprise. The valets are very attentive and efficient but quite quickly overwhelmed in case of simultaneous arrivals.
- Room 609, hot water is quite painful to adjust (no mixer).
- Some rooms have bath + shower. Others just tub. Attention for the elderly.
- Pool service was pretty abysmal. The staff were overwhelmed. Very long (<30 minutes for 2 sandwiches).

- During the second breakfast, our omelet was forgotten and took a while to arrive.
- During the ceremony, the children were served at the same rate as the adults. It is not the most advisable because the service is very long and the children tire quickly.
- During the ceremony outside the number of parasol was a little tight and with this sun some people baked in their costumes.

Apart from these few missteps the rest was perfect. A big bravo!

Very good price for massage and access to the pool. Super massage. The indoor pool is supposed to be part of the spa but the access to the children and the instalations vieux fondottes think of a public swimming pool

We were doing a massage and a facial. It was a disaster! We have not been cleansed ... we both ask for an intense cleansing of the skin to prepare for spring ... we did not even remove the blackheads ... I had red skin and tugged after the treatment but still as greasy and with as many black dots and white dots. We specifically ask to pay attention to our hair so as not to grease with the care ... so to say that our hair had to be washed directly so we had cream and care in the hair. I found this treatment strictly scandalous and I strongly recommend it !!!!
