Brunch in the kitchens, a wonderful experience!

Superb Sunday brunch with a service worthy of a Palace

Thank you for the room upgrade for my Birthday, and absolute luxurious and perfect stay with fantastic staff. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

Stay ok but old rooms

Room was ok, a way oversized bed in a very small room, bathroom small. No view from our room.

If you are looking for the top ... you cannot but decide to go to this HOTEL !! Simply fabulous !! Well done !!

We did not know the palace restaurant, and we were very pleasantly surprised. The place is not very modern, but the dishes are delicious and very well presented. The service is impeccable and very friendly. Prices are in line with the standard of the establishment, 200.- for 2, with starter, main course and dessert with a glass of wine. We will definitely return.

Are just going to eat at the Jazz cafe. N have not visited the hotel, but in any case from the outside the building is grandiose.

Whatever I have a chance I stay at the Fairmont, and this one was amazing as well.
The hotel is beautiful, like la belle epoque style, the spa is underground and to access it and the swimming pool as well you go under the street, incredible architecture.
Our room had a view to lake Geneva, beautiful.
