I don't understand how this bike shop has a 4.4 average! Joseph Katie and Austin make a great team always willing to help out give advice point you in the correct direction! They bend over backwards to help customers out they always go the extra mile. Have group rides for all skill levels. They are always hosting cool events and giving back to the community! #ridewithpct
Best bike shop I have ever been in, staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, I highly suggest stopping here if you have a chance, ask for Frank he is the best!
This shop is great. I drove over from Pensacola to ride the Eastern Shore Trail. My bike had an issue with my handle bars which needed tools I did not have. They took the time to help me repair my issue and I was still able to enjoy the day in Fairhope on my bike. Great service and very nice people!!!
I met Katie before doing my first triathlon. She was so excited and enthusiastic that it made me more excited!
She took the time to explain what to expect, I've never done a swim outside the pool. Then she made sure I had the right gear. Nothing over the top but enough to get me through my first race.

I was so pleased with the quality of customer service from PC&T and how they handled maintenance on my previous bike. In late 2013, when it was time for a new ride, I purchased a new bike through the shop. The fit was exceptional and the process was thoroughly explained. The shop offers weekly rides for all abilities that will strengthen your fitness and sharpen your riding skills.

I used to dread going into bike shops because I felt like I had to be a certified bike mechanic just to talk to the staff. Not the case at PCT. You can't beat the service and warm welcoming feeling every time you go in the store. They won't just sell you a bike but they want to sell a bike that you will be happy with for a long time and enjoying cycling.!

Pro Cycle and Tri is hands down one of the best bike shops I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Joseph is a phenomenal mechanic, and he is the only person who has ever been able to get me comfortable and injury free in my bike fit. Katie is consistently knowledgeable, helpful, and makes me feel welcome. Theirs is the only bike shop in which I put my full faith regarding my bike position and any technical or functionality issues I have with my bike. If I could give them twenty stars in this review I would!
Katie and Joseph are amazing! WHAT A TEAM! Their passion is clear and loud! There are the stores which simply turn on the "Open" sign, and then there are passionate stores which show-up for work with readiness, eagerness, and excitement. Thank you both for pushing this sport and industry!
I highly recommend this bike shop compared to Infinity Bicycles in Daphne. The staff at Pro Cycle and Tri are amazing! Very helpful and knowledgeable! I'm even thinking about going on a group ride Saturday morning from their store!
Joseph did an outstanding job doing both my wife s and my road bike fittings while working through multiple seats in order to find the right match. Highly recommend a visit if you are riding on a seat that gives you problems.
I am an avid cyclist, had the opportunity to work with many great bike shops over my 20yrs of cycling. this is definitely NOT one of them. I went to the shop b/c they are listed as a Bianchi dealer. They did not actually carry Bianchi but I was told that they could order one. I ended up settling for a different bike (Cannondale) which I realized was not what I wanted. Their receipt states returns w/in 14 days & restock fees for special orders. I spoke to Katie multiple times asking for the bike I wanted to be ordered instead but she insisted instead on making the Cannondale work for me and after weeks of trying to communicate with someone who would not listen to me, I asked for a refund. The refund was granted w/a restock fee (this bike was a floor model so there was no special order). The restock fee was >15%-more like 20% and when asked to recalculate she refused. I had paid with check (at their request) so there was nothing to be done as I realized by this time I would not want to do service with this shop even though it cost me $400 to walk away. If you do patronize the shop I would advise credit card purchase as you would at least have some recourse to negotiate.

A wonderful local bike shop! Katie and Joseph are very knowledgeable and have a great inventory of bikes and tri gear. Joseph is an expert when it comes to a professional bike fit. I have had two fits on two different bikes and have been very pleased. As per Joseph "Life is to short to ride a crappy bike." Really enjoy doing business with these guys! 20 years plus of bike shop patronage in my area, and I have yet to find a shop that treats me as well as this shop. 1st of all even when I would bring bikes not purchased here I was given the 5 star treatment. My last roadbike was purchased here and I've been blown away. The turn around on any issues has been amazing. Joseph and Katie are the bomb, and the group events rule. If your a real cyclist this is your shop. Period!!!!

I was in Pensacola for the summer and I needed to find someone that could fit me to my new Trek Speed Concept 9.9. I took it to Joseph and he was awesome to work with. This guy knows exactly what he is doing. It took me over an hour to drive from Pensacola Beach to Fairhope, but I liked their store so much, when I needed more bike gear, I drove all the way back. If you are needing something for cycling or Triathlon, I would absolutely check this place out. Joseph and his wife were great.

I purchased a Cervelo S3 from Pro Cycle & Tri. Given my riding style, Katie suggested this Cervelo. After I decided on the bike, Joseph did an outstanding job of professionally fitting me on it. This bike is the most comfortable bike that I have ever ridden. It responds flawlessly. I love the Di2 shifters and can't see ever going back to mechanical shifters. Whenever I have questions about the bike or its components, Katie and Joseph respond promptly.

Joseph built up my first tri bike several years ago and I've been a consistent customer ever since. There is no better bike fitter and mechanic anywhere close. He keeps me rolling with service that is always completed quickly. Joseph and Katie are big supporters of the multisport and cycling community along the Gulf Coast. They have a great shop and whether you are looking for a bike to cruise around town or the newest carbon fiber rocket they can help you. Can't imagine a better place to shop or spend a few minutes talking about the newest gear. Great people....great shop!

I have been looking at upgrading from a hybrid to a road bike. I have visited a few shops in Baldwin County and my experiences were less than desirable, based off the lack of willingness to truly explain differences and options. I walked into Pro Cycle and Tri expecting the same experience, thinking nobody wanted to spend time with a newbie. I was 100% wrong. Katie spent an hour with me explaining different options and helping me, by understanding what I truly wanted to do with cycling. She didn't pressure me to try and buy today, like other shops have tried because of limited supply. Instead she worked with me and gave me facts to think about. I didn't make a purchase today, but I will definitely be back there within the next two days to buy a new bike. Customer Service is what earns and retains customers and it looks like they truly understand this at their shop.
They got it right at this place. Customer service is excellent. Joseph and his staff are approachable, helpful, and knowledgeable. They carry great brands and have a great selection of gear in their store. The fitting studio is the best I have been to and the services they provide are comprehensive. Joseph went above and beyond on a frame warranty issue I had and then when I got hit on my bike, was extremely responsive in getting me a quote for the insurance company and helping me get my bike and I back on the road. This shop has everything you see lacking in many shops. Although I live over an hour from this place, I will gladly drive over to get what I need from them. I would drive even further if I had to.
