If it were possible to leave 0/5 stars I would. This place is awful and I regret not doing more research when choosing them to replace our windows. We ordered in May of 2019 and the project is still not complete. It has been issue after issue with them. They are nearly impossible to get ahold of on the phone, and they never return messages. The installers were nice, but stay away from this company .
We got our Windows in 2011. The customer service is terrible. The installers were good but the company is not. We have a window with the seal not working between the double pains. Called numerous times no one returns my calls. Still have moisture between the window and now can't see clearly outside. I would Not recommend this company. Never return calls and really don't care about you after the job is done. Very disappointed customer!
Negative stars!!! I got my front window in 2010 and purchased the "lifetime warranty". I have on pane that has cracked and have been trying for 2 years to get this fixed. If I call they never answer, but if I leave a general message asking for information on a window the secretary will call back thinking it is a sale. She apologizes and gives excuses as I am sure she is trained to do and tells me nobody is in and someone will get back to me which, of course, they never do. I did get what I was told was the bosses personal cell phone number but nobody picks that up or returns calls on that line. NEVER buy a window from this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
