FADL Review

Checked in today,it's no more managed by Accor group,they parted ways in beginning of 2018,please correct the listing,shall post detailed review later.

1) Bad hotel
2) Lazy staff.. from reception to housekeeping.. they are all lazy
3) Stupid cheff
4) No help when you need it
5) Doesnt meet a 5 star hotel standards

Excellent gym, health club, massage and swimming pool

The rooms are very small but clean and still under renovation

in general it's good place to stay especially in your business trips
it was good located it's near to downtown
they have a lemo service , gift shop, barbershop, gym and conference halls
you can enjoy your evening at la mode cafe by pool
my only comment that housekeeping could be more improved and they need to be more hurry at their renewals and fixes

Ok place to stay. Ideal location , rooms can b better. The cloth rails didnt work in bathroom, the flushing system is ancient , it says non smoking room but u can smell smoke all over place, 2 guest vr staying , they provided one towel, one soap etc , no white creamer for coffee or T .
I found the room was overpriced n not value for money.

Old hotel but recently renovated. Room is good but small. Reception and staff are cooperative and helpful. I like the spacious lobby and restaurant. Good breakfast and lunch.

Its location is good, everything you need next to you .. The hotel needs a complete renovation. I hope that the new hotel management (Alhokair Group) will take care of the crisis and thank you.

Great. I loved the room and the included breakfast. I also want to thank the girl at the reception, she was really nice and patient.

I am a teacher and a sense of significance on the day that they took the image of a girl at the bed

The location is beautiful but between private houses and a definite nuisance to others I mean in restrictions

The hotel is absolutely dirty, mold in the bathroom and broken sink. The staff is unfriendly, the bellboys look in their suitors, as if they work in the mine, everything is shabby. I will not stay here again.

The hotel is luxurious, service is excellent, prices are average and reasonable

Sitting around the swimming pool in the evening is very impressive

The old administration was the best I have stayed in this hotel for more than 15 years but the former staff had their own hospitality in the guest treat we wish to return like the previous hotel makan

I stayed there half day and complete night, they rooms are clean and their food is so nice, also the hotel is very quiet and peaceful

I did not try the accommodation but I sat in the lobby and asked for the coffee and the experience was the worst at all in terms of taste and Alsajar .... In short I do not recommend it

It the place where you find friendly environment, buffet dinner for the month of Ramadan.

This is situated at a convenient place which you can have access to a huge shopping mall, a supermarket and lots of restaurants. Rooms are nice and I saw a notice that at the moment they are renovating for more comforts. But I didn t even hear a sound and it would not be a disturbance at all for your stay. As soon as you step out of the hotel there are plenty of restaurants in front of the hotel. If you re dining here, food were nice. But it would be great if they could offer rice for the breakfast too.

The Azure restaurant and his grandmother were not good

Today we had a official meeting there. Too good hotel with friendly service. Well maintained and hygienic..also the iftar party was too good.I'm from India...Im always eager to taste new cuisine. Seriously I'm impressed....had a wonderful time

Poor service, not so clean water in the tub. A bit brown and doesn't get better. People are not attentive. It's an old hotel but they are refurbishing. Just need to the same with staff. I think manager on duty needs to keep people in their toes. Maybe smile more.

I visited the cafe in the lobby and asked for the WiFi code but the receptionist refused since I am not a guest staying in the hotel rooms. Although I am setting in the lobby for a coffee

Good hotel, good food, cooperative staff. Rooms are small but give a cozy feel.
Breakfast menu is very limited, some more dishes could be added.

A 4 star hotel from the oldest of Jeddah's hotels is completely renovated and feels as old as it is from the front of the hotel
The prices of the right coffee shop lobby are somewhat expensive
