Terrible rooms. Very unclean. Toilets need an upgrade asap. Stayed here a few times cause of work and I've never liked it. Reception staff are very rude. Specially the females. Breakfast buffet staff are very rude too. And the food is very bland. Given the choice I wouldn't ever visit this hotel.

A recently refurbished old hotel, with a special luster
Recently renovated, under Accor Hotels management, offers a comfort stay and decent prices. Sleep quality is very good, service is ok. The cafe and restaurant, offering really nice food and drinks, while there is a 24hours menu and room service.
Good ambience, normal food, Saudi, Masri taste. Under renovation.
The hotel is conveniently located and the rooms overlooking the pool give you a romantic atmosphere. . Unfortunately, the joy was not complete because of a problem with the pool
Beautiful room, excellent rooms and complete tranquility
Old-fashioned, location is excellent, service and quiet is beautiful
Very nice environment and specially night view of the swimming pool
Good Room, Ok Ok breakfast, Good Interior, Good wifi. WORST pickup and drop service. I had booked airport pick and car came after 1 HOUR 30 mins. For airport drop also I had to wait for 1 hour. And they arranged me a normal roadside Taxi. Very very bad Pick up and drop service and they charge 150 Saudi Riyal for pick up and 150 Saudi Riyal for drop, which is not at all worth.
Nice hotel but need more improvement and renovation. But overall it s good.
Hotel of impeccable quality, beautiful and vast reception, good gastronomic card
Hotel is just ok. Staff are friendly and restaurant door is decent, but many things not quite up to scratch throughout the building. Construction loudly taking place within the hotel sometimes at late hours. Mosquito problem in the rooms. Hot water is sometimes yellow out of the taps. Many improvements needed to justify a 4 star rating.
I really liked it. And their treatment is very good. And tranquility
Nice place to stay in the city of jeddah. staff friendly and food outstanding
Nice place ..close to see ..decent ppl.they fear god
Good but the buffet was not satisfactory and the hotel needs to change furniture and rugs
Although he has provided this hotel, he is still interested in every detail Only prices need re-examination
Good, but some interiors are quite old Hotel at prime location in City
The oldest thing in life .. And the bed rotten back
Al Hamra Hotel in Palestine Street where the banquet halls are beautiful horsemen, open buffet and reasonable prices
I found out it very convenient to live in such an amazing ambiance. That place is definitely a next stay for me.
Reasonably ok, but need lot of improvement on housekeeping
What I did not like is that the room service delayed a lot I had to wait 1 hour to have my breakfast
The renovation is great, great food, swimming pool with chicha, helpful staff and a private parking available for customers with security. Keep it up
Horrible service and rooms are dirty. Found hair on my bed..
An ancient hotel from the days of the pharaohs of many ancient Maha
Very much affordable.. best in class .. and very cooperative staff. Breakfast is really good.. Arabic and continental Prices slightly high but cheap compared to 4-star hotel.
Terrible hotel. Any other opinions are commercialized by the hotel.
Good hotel with large pool, gym and good restaurant. The rooms are now being renovated gradually.
Room service people should be trained properly and must be educated on how to handle customer. Spoken about 6 guys but no one provides proper response. Everyone will get disappears after u had conversation with them...I had very much bad experience on this hotel. Carpet was smelling so badly, Internet speed so pathetic, Study lamp will not glow and it taken two hours to change the new room after several phone call......And on that new room AC is not working ...hot water is not working at bath tub...in total it drops u so much frustration if you have gone for business trip. I would not prefer to be as Four Start hotel if the quality and room service is so bad. :(
I am God Nafsi working in this restaurant holds a diploma hotel and tourism in Morocco, No. Jawali 0531418772
Very classy place, nice location little high on the prices but forgivable
Good location near Haifa Mall with a swimming pool, lounges and a coffee shop for an average buffet night as well as good rooms
Maintenance at day time with drilling and banging noices. Very unclean washrooms. They don't change linen or the towels. Hair strands and eye lashes under my blanket. Smelly pillows. Worst hotel ever seen.
One of the oldest but yet one of the best hotels in town.
