I ve enjoyed the Factory 360 team in the past. I would say it s a hard working firm typically. Not out of NY. I overheard an employee say that she can t stand Brand Ambassadors. The very same team she hired. Another member out of Austin cursed on the footprint because a customer of their client got stucco on her animal. He was mad at the customer and blamed it on the city. The level of unprofessionalism in the public was from the leadership directly, not the staff they hired and pressure. These are the people you re giving your marketing dollars to. Think about it?
