Unprofessional, very rude to me " I'm not taking you anywhere" threatened to call the cops on me. Cursed at me I suffer from severe mental illness this is the last thing I need when I have to go to the emergency room. I'm scared of the medical community in Amarillo very sad
At a bull riding a guy got bucked off and stepped on the emts where looking at their phones and then when asked to come in it took them being told 3 times to respond finally. And then instead of running they decided to walk.. this was not a time to walk... if your at a bull riding watch keep an eye on the guys riding not your phone..
The experience was terrible I was in a car accident. When the paramedic Joseph King got there he was very rude and embarrassed me and my co worker in front of everyone he replied WHY AM I TAKING Y'ALL TO THE HOSPITAL THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO TO HELP Y'ALL!! So still in shock from getting hit by a 18 wheeler, I replied its okay i will take us to the hospital. He was very rude and loud, and at that time that was the last thing we needed wish he would have treated us a lot better!!!

We have been waiting at the dr s office for over 2 1/2hours for a transfer to BSA. They refuse to give an ETA. I HATE THIS COMPANY!
