Buried my parents this past weekend. I needed $475 to finish paying for the arrangements. On Friday I got an Arbitration Award against this bank. They have 30 days to pay the award. Checked with a lender to sell the award so i can settle up on the funeral cost and need their attorney to simply verify the facts and get the info for the eventual funds transfer. Their lawyers (#Severson&Werson) silently said FY! Wait had this bank not taken my money in the first place I wouldnt need them now. So i cant even get a loan to pay for the burial?
