One of the worst bank branches in kukatpally, Hyderabad. I have visited this bank to check on my Debit Card Dispatch ent. The Front line staff especially lalitha kishore is very pathetic bcoz she does not attend the customers who are standing in front of her and she is busy speaking on her mobile. They just say something and send the bank customer away. The bank sfaff need to be educated on how to handle and behave with the customers. Need to speak to the Manager.
My home loan got approved at 6.8%, and bank rep asked me to pay the registration charges to get draft sale deed, for which am done and given the draft sale deed. Also asked me to pay mortgage fee, paid it and after they said due to technical we are offering the loan at 8.8%, not 6.8%. Now I shall not tell how bad this bank is --just imagine before going there Second bad experience: Because of the bank filaure on time for home loan, i took hand loans from friends and completed the registration. As per the bank confirmation i have applied personnel loan with interest 10.75%, same process. Failed to credit the amount on time. Worst thing is, they are not even lifting the phone calls to answer. I strongly recommend, please do not go with ICICI JUNTU branch.
Never go for gold loan. Initially while taking loan they respond fast and give fast. The problem arises when you want to repay and take your gold they will not respond and says that they need permission from Mumbai Officer and says need checks and also some other forms. Finally if you want your gold back means you have to waste completely your day. I went morning 11:00 and was back in evening 4:00.
My recent visit was quite productive. The staff co-operated. But they are following some repeated works like fill form first then fill same thing on kiosk and note the number on form and then stay in queue to handover form with other required docs. Dear manager, please improve your COVID safety checks. No temperature check, no sanitizer. No social distancing, no masks. Frankly speaking I spent nearly 30 minutes but I felt very uncomfortable visit.
Parking is a mess here . Sure to get no parking ticket . Staff are clueless on KYC procedures .
Very chaotic environment. Token machines are not working, they are giving hand written tokens but that is just a formality. You will not know when your turn will come, you need to fight for it.
I went to the bank near jntu today, people are least bothered. The lady in the bank tall and fair is so rude. They are not even responding. They only excited about the fixed deposits. Other than they are not even responding for questions. I have waited for a while and came out, as no one is bothered about their customers. For them only fixed deposits matter.
Never ever reach out to Raghavendra V with ICICI employee number 444889 for home loans , he is just a fraud , doesn't even work properly . Just takes salary from ICICI and no proper response to customers . Even after 1 week , he doesn't care about your application and then if you call him he asks everything from starting and then asks you to send documents again. May be he is mentally distracted. ICICI team , please consider his Removal from the bank or else other customers will suffer a lot and it makes bad feedback to ICICI ...
