We had a wonderful experience with Greg at Jacob Mercari, who helped us find a lab diamond to meet very exacting specifications for my engagement ring. We never once felt pressured during our consultation with Greg, and he really helped us understand the buying process. I am quite an educated diamond buyer and I was very impressed by Greg's knowledge and his access to a wide variety of diamonds. Lab diamonds are still a small part of the market, but he was able to import two diamonds for us to consider (still with no obligation to buy!). I loved both diamonds and am so happy with my ring. The advantage of going with a lab diamond is that they are much more affordable but are visually, chemically, and structurally identical to mined diamonds. Greg gave us a full rendering of the ring for me to approve beforehand, which gave me confidence in our design choices. I LOVE my ring and it looks like it cost almost double what it did (in my opinion), because lab diamonds are a very economical choice. I highly recommend going with Jacob Mercari for your engagement ring, whether you're looking for a lab or mined diamond. He'll help you get a ring you love and make sure you get the best value for your budget.

Excellent service and extremely knowledgeable! Greg was very patient with me from the initial consultation to the final product delivery. Despite my constant tweaks and changes, he continually displayed a professional attitude. He was also able to find me multiple options for a diamond within my strictest of specifications. When I had the perfect diamond chosen and it wasn't available anymore, Greg worked diligently to find me one that was comparably better. I am extremely pleased with the service I received here and will definitely go back should we choose to upgrade! Jacob Mercari designed the most gorgeous ring in the world for us, working with my partner and I to create something truly unique. They are a phenomenal company that welcomed us in and gave us a step-by-step tutorial to engagement rings.
