Terrible customer service. I couldn't even sign up! First when you express interest in their service they push you through bots not people... When the bots fail they tell you someone is going to contact you and they provide even worse customer service than the bot. I had a question about their service before signing up so I asked to speak to a human and when the human contacted me she asked me for my customer ID ?!?? If I'm a new customer how can I have a customer ID? To that she was unable to help me. Then I went to their customer service center inside their store and they referred me back to the telegram group to hook up the service. Why have people at all?! If I had a choice I would go somewhere else but that's really the point you don't have a choice and they know it because they have a sanctioned virtual monopoly

Literally trash tier customer support, internet constantly going down for days without anyone fixing it, the customer support team seems consists of absolutely nobody. Wont even be using this company if it wasn t our borey s restriction to only allow Ezecom as their only ISP. If you want actual premium service that s worth the price don t use this company!!!!!

really nice you have the most bad support - i pay 200 USD for my internet and you cancel my connection and ask me pay more because your stuff is confused about payment - i give you 0 points for all and hope my contract soon finished and i never use your think . stephan with customer ID 25094 !!! Last week 3 days no internet - now no internet ! Thankyou for destroyed companys to stop there internet!!!! If you want have a good provider : dont use ezecom !
