Terrible customer service. I couldn't even sign up! First when you express interest in their service they push you through bots not people... When the bots fail they tell you someone is going to contact you and they provide even worse customer service than the bot.
I had a question about their service before signing up so I asked to speak to a human and when the human contacted me she asked me for my customer ID ?!?? If I'm a new customer how can I have a customer ID? To that she was unable to help me. Then I went to their customer service center inside their store and they referred me back to the telegram group to hook up the service. Why have people at all?! If I had a choice I would go somewhere else but that's really the point you don't have a choice and they know it because they have a sanctioned virtual monopoly
