In my opinion, I think that this hotel is the best one in Hermosillo; considering that: the rooms are clean and comfortable, the facilities are also very good (it has a swimming pool, gym, and a nice bar) and they were refurbished. The breakfast buffet is varied and tasty, and the staff are very polite, friendly and attentive to meet their customers' needs, in relation to the price per night; It is definitely a very good option if you are visiting Hermosillo and you are looking for a good, clean and affordable hotel. On the other hand, the only drawbacks I found were that the air conditioning in my room was quite noisy, and the staff need to improve their English, but besides that, it is a very good choice.

The service is good, the only detail is in room service, the hotel already includes the tip and the waiters if you pay in cash they will charge you the tip again or they do not return the change,

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff at reception was excellent and the rooms impeccable. It had the perfect location, very close to every place we went to while in Hermosillo. I didn't get a chance to go to the restaurant. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast, which used to be very good, is now definitely the best; variety of dishes and food, in addition to the facilities were also renovated. It's the first time that happens to me and I would not stop commenting on it. It happens that after lying down for a couple of hours and getting up for dinner I noticed that I had several bites on my forearms that I did not have before arriving. Search on the bed cover and in the room the presence of some vicho or mosquitoes and I did not find. The same situation was repeated the next day.
Although its rooms look clean and neat, it would not be too much to recommend to the hotel a review of possible unwanted fauna or to fumigate more frequently.
I know that this hotel was remodeled a year ago and I hope you have considered changing the beds and carpets.
That's why I give it only 3 stars.

I was on the 9th floor with no noise. The restraunt was terrible.
The waiters were lazy. The front desk after 3 spoke English and was very helpful.
