The customer center looks modern and is comfortably accessible. But I was alone there, and the three counters were "open," so I feel like spending half an hour there was a bit too much. [EDIT: For the second time, this is a total disaster, the worst customer center I've ever seen for years flying. Two sixteen counters open and wait time climbed for 2 hours. And there were five numbers before us. Nobody wants to do it, maybe the director should think about why it is.]
