Lots of fun options for kids with climbing and adventure area

Fantastic place for my toddler to run around. Adventure land is amazing! We are definitely returning as we still haven't explored the actual rock climbing yet.

This place is awesome! The walls are good to either learn on or practice on to get better. Big open plan and it doesn't feel too crowded even in the busiest of days. The staff there are friendly and always willing to give advice. Great place to do some exercise in disguise or for a kids party.

Fun for birthday parties. Kids with a lot of energy will love this place!

Great gym bit quite expensive if youre a casual climber. Very worth it if you go more than once a week.

I had the best time here with my two children (5 and 7)! My son celebrated his 7th birthday here and he has so much fun we came back to spend another few hours the following week! The staff were friendly and professional, the walls and ropes were in excellent condition and the set up meant there was something for everyone of all climbing levels. I was especially impressed with the variety and amount of children s walls. Highly recommended all around 5 star service. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much! Taz

Great place for all age and skill level climbers. The staff was very nice and professional. The routes were very creative from bouldering to lead climbing.

One of the best rock climbing experiences I've ever had. Brought the entire family to Extreme Edge Rock Climbing and it was a fantastic experience. Really challenging stuff I like it.

Large gym, although sometimes quite busy. Caters for a huge range of tastes - kids, top roping, lead climbing, overhangs.

Climb here regularly! Heaps of different routes, staff a really helpful.

A nightmare to get admitted. If you are going with kids, weekends is not recommended. Too many people and impossible to find a car park.

Recently become overcrowded sometimes in the evening, except that the great rock climbing gym.

There are walls for all levels and all ages. A great place for indoor rock climbing.

Don't go here if you plan on only boldering. Good luck if you can work out what the problems actually are and if you do then you'll find that there is a hardly anything set. I'm sure the top rope and leading is great but I'm not reviewing this part.

Poor experience. Had to pay $11 for my 3 year old to walk inside with my while my 6 year old climbs. Wont see us again

Great place to bring the children there. The instructors were helpful, brief and clear with their safety instruction. Many different featured climb walls for all levels, well-labelled with easy, medium or difficult levels. Saw many adults and experienced climbers attempting expert levels. A special area for the younger children which under 5yo kids could attempt. The playground was awesome too. Great if the kids wanted a break from climbing. No time limit once entrance fees was paid. Well equipped with toilets, lockers and party rooms. Adequate and easy parkings. Will definitely return.

Great place for kids and adults who want some climbing adventure out of the sun or rain! Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable prices. Will be back!

My children loved this place. But too many climber

Fantastic venue for all ages and fitness. This gigantic complex offers walls for kids as little as 3 year old up to those professional athletes climbing negatives. It has many rooms for parties and heaps of video games, including the old school pinball. In the very back, there this new area where kids not only climb, but also slide and go around small houses and hideouts. Worth going back anytime.

Great routes, challenging climbs and a fun environment

Excellent place, free belay introduction, plenty variety for different skill levels, great value for money, all gear available to rent or buy.

Awesome climbing and bouldering and fantastic options for the kids.

The climbing features and variety are very good, and they certainly help bring out phobia of heights for young kids. I actually rate this between 3.5 to 4 stars because more could have been done to improve the ventilation in the sections for younger kids especially those to rentable to celebrate events such as birthdays; due to current NZ summer heat, the upper decks to celebrate birthdays we're unbearably hot.

Really great place to take the kids rock climbing. Lots of walls set at varying degrees of difficulty, all the kids walls have auto belay. Plenty of options for more experienced climbers too.

Seriously great fun. Kids had a ball on the fun themed walls, and there's a brilliant playground if they loose interest or want a break from climbing.

Set in an old aircraft hangar xtreme edge is massive. A wide variety of top rope climbing as well as lead climbing. And the kids dont miss out with kids climbing and an even bigger playground hidden away from sight.

Best indoor place for exercising your kids, safe and big, the whole family loved it.

Love the variety of rock walls only problem is they restrict the big rock walls.
