One of the best rock climbing places around I highly recommend for everyone

Not too bad moment, nice bouldering area, i saw they where preparing a new wall for lead climbing and it looks good. I think the place is going to be better soon.

better choice for serious climbers in comparation with clip n climb.

Facility was great but had a negative experience being taught to beyley for the first time, poor teaching from instructor, would have been helpful to have been able to practice first without being responsible for my partner who was on the wall!

Seems really great for those who rope climb. Giant hangar converted into a gym. Bouldering is limited in Auckland, but they say this place is the best around. I haven t climbed in many months, but if you like bouldering in caves or on an incline sharing the mats with others... you can rent lockers too.

A wide range of climbs for children. Automatic belaying ropes allow children to climb without adults harnessed in. Decent coffee. Adventure playground is fantastic - kept younger kids entertained very well. Good instructors - clear instructions.

Great family fun! Especially a great place for a birthday....even though we felt pushed out of the party room before our time was up and the room was still empty when we left 2 hours later.

Great climbing gym. Lots of routes set up for both lead and top rope. Can get quite busy after 19:00, and on Saturdays with kids birthdays.

It was my two year old daughter's first time rock climbing today. Saturday is much more full than weekdays but it's worth it. The jungle gym 'adventure land' area in the back is huge and has more auto repel for kids and beginners. Spent a whole day here for less than $20. I hope she will always remember this as a place where she learned to be brave.

The rock climbing and play area are great. There are a number of spaces for private functions to cater for a kids party, however there is no catering. They serve coffee and basic snacks such as muesli bars, chips, ice creams, and cold drinks.

Staff are friendly enough, and are always on patrol keeping everyone safe.

The venue has been there a while, and we frequent quite a bit, however it appears they don't invest money into necessary improvements. The ventilation is terrible, and they have no air conditioning. People are always complaining about the heat, and kids are losing interest in climbing quickly because of the heat. I have provided feedback about their ventilation in the past, but have seen no improvement. I guess the suggestion box there is just that, a suggestion box. Pointless if you don't take on board the feedback. The owners don't appear to be interested in investing much money into this business, as there have been a lack of improvements over the years.

The video games and air hockey that they have there are regularly out of service.

Best indoor rock-climbing in Auckland. Great for kids too.

Great place! We went there for a day out for the kids. There are plenty of climbing walls for kids and many for the more skilled climbers. I didn't climb myself so i didn't have to pay entry fee which is awesome as we only paid for those who wanted to climb. I still had a great time. And for the hours of fun we had the cost was very reasonable.

Great place to have fun and do some exercise climbing or bouldering. More busy on weekends, more children around in the morning, more adults and young people in the afternoon night. Super nice and helpful staff.[If you have any issue ask for Jacob he is absolutely a great and caring person].

When I visited, was very busy had to wait in line, great place for children or pro adult climbers!

Sadly it was very dirty the day we went. There are couches for spectators that were absolutely disgusting and there were loads of flies. The kids had a great time however.

Good for kids school holidays. A bit pricey for a few children to go but at least they can run til they drop!

Something for everyone. A large focus on kids walls and top roping, less focus in bouldering. Has a pretty impressive overhang leafing wall.

Apparently one of the better bouldering gyms in Auckland. The walls are short with a mixture of angles including a roof. I felt the route setting was a little stiff for the grade but ok , some moves are a bit contrived especially in the roof. The holds are old school, dirty and pretty polished, I'm assuming the problems dont get changed very often. The mats are very old and bottom out easily. There is also a little training area with hangboard, campus board and other little bits and pieces. If you just wanted a quick bouldering fix then this place will do the job.

I didn't route climb but the lead walls look steep, pumpy and good.

I've been trying to call few days in a row at different
times to book for a birthday but It goes through answering machine. I have left a voice mail but still no one called back. I just tried going to your website to find an email to email you guys but the website does not work. I also tried coming In last night but got there just before 10pm and I went in to book but the staff told me they are closing down which is understandable and I told them about no one answering their phone and they said that some other customers said the same thing and that they will investigate it. Very entertaining experience for all ages and all skill levels. Friendly staff, heaps of space.

Was not a bad setup, was only really 1 place that a beginner could climb(me)...and no good enough instruction on how to do it. I get that it is busy, but there needs to be more hands on staff that help out new beginners, ended up paying the $24 fee, walked around like a lost chicken, climbed once then left cos I felt I had no support. It would be best if you take a person, or go in a group, as single climber are limited to one maybe 2 climbs. the rest are all for kids.

My kids have a wonderful time there, enjoying every minute with the friends and family.

Great for kids. Suits all abilities and is easy to use. Adventure playground has lots of nooks and crannies, slides and bridges to entertain kids who don't want to climb.

Amazing customer service. Limited parking. Been climbing a few times and have loved it. Now I'm hooked and go everyweek.

We have climbed at a few gyms around the world (Cape Town, US, Malaysia, Singapore). As a lead climber, this one is great for overhanging climbs. It could, however, use a bigger boulder area, with more mats. I've never seen a gym like it with such a huge area for kids. They've got the birthday party thing down pat. If you're coming for a good training session on the weekend, you'll probably have most all of the lead walls to yourself but just bring some earplugs to guard yourself from the noise of all the kids.

Friendly, passionate staff, sets a great balance between the family areas and zones for hardcore climbers. Frequently updated routes. Parking can be tricky at peak periods

Great time had by all. We hired a party area and it was spacious, clean and extremely affordable, absolutely recommend as a party venue! The staff were friendly and helpful and the kids had a blast!! Love that they allow you to bring you own food in!!!

Great climbing, awesome kids climbing areas and play grounds. Helpful staff and the coffee is pretty good now too. They've just barista trained a bunch of their staff and got some new beans as well!

Excellent entertainment for children and adults who enjoy indoor rock climbing. Plenty of options for children and an indoor playground for children 9 and under to enjoy should they want a break from rock climbing.

Extreme Edge Rock climbing was a real treat to visit this post weekend. Took the kids over and they absolutely enjoyed it! And so did I! They have so many challenging courses and there's never one you can't do to push yourself to the limit

Great playground for children who do not have confidence yet to climb, so some can still climb while others play. Lovely service. Coffee needs improving though, was very burnt. Would go again and recommend to others

Took my daughter here for her birthday and as always it was an excellent experience. The staff are friendly and welcoming, they instructed our group on how to use the equipment in an easy to understand way. Really good value for money, I would say 2 hours is enough here as our group of children were getting tired. Will definately come back!

Very creative and interesting automatic walls and an amazing kids playground cleverly crafted out of wood with lots of nooks and crannies to get lost in.

It is great place, but really want some more part for bouldering.

Awesome venue, great facilities and good for all ages! Staff are mostly friendly but service is a bit slow at the counter and long queues can generally form at busy periods or when coffee is being ordered. Experienced instructors, overall a good time.

A great all year round spot to exercise, enjoy great company and good laugh. The staff are very friendly and always there to help.

If I had unlimited money, I would let 50 monkeys loose in here, hire rock climbers to catch them and watch from my special monkey-proof enclosure.
I don't have unlimited money though so come here on birthday parties and with my children and it's good.
