good place to stay. nice staff and environment. service is also good. but dont have so much variety in food. and you have to pay for everything like food water at the time of serving. it was a little awkward.
It was a group trip to the restaurant for dinner party. The ambiance is beautiful. Their is a live performance by one of the singer and he was good. The staff was nice. The service was good. We had 3 course meal. It started with the soup which could have been better. The snacks were wonderful. The main course was delicious and the dessert was superb. Liked the service and would recommend it for people looking for dinner outing.
This is a good hotel though past it's youthful days. Room is comfortable. The food is good too. The tv was little tricky to operate but worked. Kanhaiya served me well in the restaurant. I will not mind staying there again.

My family has organised two functions in this hotel. It was great though some arrangements was not as per expectation. Overall a great place. Staff is also good.

Onw of the worst hotels i have ever stayed in . When i first came in the room there was a very odour of cigerette smoke and when i first enetered the bathroom there also was a foul odour. The housekeeping is very bad i asked for some cleening of the room and the room freshner which has not been fulfilled yet. There are very lightings in the room and half of them do not work as there is no bulb in them. I checked into the room 205.

Pathetic rooms, untrained staff. Location is far away with no amenities around. No wonder the rooms are cheaper than the rest of the hotels around.

The surrounding isn't good. The rooms requested were of single beds but were not provided. Parking was also not proper.

Not recommended for family stay. Situated on the surajkund road. Earlier it was known as Express Sarovar Portico. For last 3 years the hotel has been taken over by this Gold finch. Local people in Faridabad have spoiled the place. Although the hotel has got ample space but no recommended for family parties. The new group is failed to maintain the hotel standards. Behaviour of the staffs are very rude. Food is pathetic. Although it's in Faridabad but not properly connected with Delhi. The place of has become den of young couples. Not recommended at all for family function or stay. Local people off and on creates ruck us in their functions when it's being held in this hotel. Since Senior management sits at Bengaluru they are hardly aware of these facts.
1st of all.. pls Dont go to this hotel by seeing photos of their building and reception. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. This is the 1st time I am giving rating 1 to a hotel. Poor maintenance. I got a smoking room with no ash tray! Once you come out of the room then you can feel that all the other rooms in the floor are smoking rooms coz heavy cigarette smell is there. They are not using any kind of air freshener I think.. a non smoker will hate this floor smell for sure!. I have attached 3 photos.. it shows the room maintenance level of a four star hotel! I paid 4700 for MAP plan for a day... food options are very less for breakfast and dinner and the service also poor.. This hotel looks great from outside.. that look helps their marketing.. finally the customer struggles!
Hardly can be said a budget boutique hotel . As my meeting was in this hotel for one full day changing it was not feasible . The location in Faridabad is also almost secluded from town . But it's good for people who are here for Surajkund as that Lake is very near to this place. The hotel is serving not so delicious food
Hotel was awesome near to vivanta by Taj. Nice view room also nice and tidy . hotel staff was very polite and nice taking sense and special thanks to Mr. Bane singh he is working over there as a manager he arranged surprise birthday cake for us . Thanks to all of u .We will come back again.
Situated on the main road, easy to find and a wonderful place to be in... Very well maintained interior and exterior.. The reception area is the one which I loved the most as it was beautifully maintained with wonderful decorations and showpieces...
It's a good place to do any function. The staff is also good. Cleanliness are average there. Food is okay, only. No special kind of arrangements are there if one have to customise. Overall a good experience.
Good property at reasonable price for the area. Restaurant is great. Rooms are good, well maintained and very comfortable. Staff is generally good in terms of service but can improve a bit in terms of effectiveness. Hotel can really improve on toiletries. Only gave shampoo for shower, no shower gel or conditioner. The lamp in my room had broken switch, only way to switch it off was by taken out the plug directly (unsafe). Wasn't fixed despite intimation to staff. AC was also having on/off issue and it took 2 calls and 15 mins to get it fixed. Expected better.

Nice, could have been better. The rooms were clean and comfortable. However certain things can be better with some urgent maintenance, like Central AC sound, slow draining in washbasin. The quality of toiletries can be improved.

The worst hotel i have been to. It is rated 4 star but its services and amenities are not even 2 star. Not even 1 non-vegetarian dish in their buffet ...that also in dinner(which is supposed to be the best). Bar was also closed and their manager was arguing with me instead of being sorry and sympathetic. He said that he cannot do anything about it...talk to restaurant chef hahaah. What rubbish ...isse acha to sadako pe dhabo me khana hi na khalo...i would have given it 0 rating pr uska option nhi tha.
I attended a family event here , food and options were good . Location is outside Delhi . The DJ and service was not very good . Staff seem to be non caring . So that I didn't feel was up to the mark .
There's a banquet hall and a conference room. Room tariff is reasonable. With bar and dining room in decent condition makes it quite ok place to stay and go occasionaly

I work for an airline so traveling is common and staying in hotels is part of it but this hotel so called GOLDFINCH is horrible it s a four property but I am sure many lounge or oye budget hotels are much better. There staff have no clue what they suppose to do no basic amenities in the washroom or in the room and power goes off in the room without any reason room stinks of cigarette bed sheets were pale. Buffet and room service is useless overall experience is a nightmare so please don t waste your hard earned money .
Goldfinch hotel is really good though it's a little smaller but the staff is very humble, polite, and supportive. Their food is also good and I tried their juices as well and that's good.
Overall, I liked the hotel, service, food, and ambience. There are many great personalities coming frequently because of their good service and hospitality.

Horrible service.My cousin's wedding was on 18Jan -19,on the engagement day we have to struggle to get the hot water for drinking in bone chilling winters of delhi especially for my grandmother.Very slow service they will say they will attend you in 10 mins however it took half an hour to do so.No proper lighting in the rooms ,very dirty washrooms and horrible room service.Struggled for getting hot water for bathing.Breakfast buffet was average as per the 4 star hotel.It should be consider as 2 star hotel.Even budget hotels have much better service.Wont suggest anyone to avail their service.Money waste staying there.

Its ok for a short stay. Old hotel with old furnishings and fittings. The hot water shower will not reach u. The service is damn slow. They room service phone will be always engaged. I wonder service guys will be talking to girlfriends.
This place is not what it used to be. Visited here few months back . Service was really bad. Also even after complaining many a times about unclean bathroom and disturbing noise at night , it's management didn't took any initiative.. not recommendable

We had engagement ceremony function...arrangement was very good..starters served were tasty...main course was just ok...deserts were yummy..
Quality isn't at par with price. Taste might lack for few of the dish.
