Strange architecture at the first sight, from outside, the interior is a good surprise, with plenty of natural light and high ceilings that makes it a pleasant place. Many services available which is great.

Very bad area it s always smelling very bad especially at night there is big problem from the sewerage treatment plant in moving out very soon from this area and it's not recommended at all to live at this area.

This freezone is in fact an eco-friendly technology hub.
