The location is great, easily reachable, not a big fan of building design. There is club on that road itself so it's a plus

This hotel is located so far away from the city, food is good, room is good and also have the lawn for other functions and parties.

I had booked for my daughter's marriage on 13th December, 2018. I am shocked to note that on the day of marriage the service was very poor. Every service boy was trying to please me and did not think to serve my guests. I have been cheated by the Goldfinch Hotel, Faridabad. The contract for my marriage was not even fulfilled 10%. The service quality was so poor. The food was of such a bad quality, of no taste and the menu was finalised by Mr. Harish Bisht was totally ignored. There was 2 paneer snacks, but not served even for half an hour. The main course was missing. The quality of chapatis, rotis was not good. I mean to mention here that they looted me because I could not depute any body for supervising and they took the full advantage of this and I can say that stabbed in my back. Please think twice to book Goldfinch hotel for your function.

Descent hotel ,you can arrange small events or you can take room as nearby to Faridabad

It seems ok type hotel to me which is trying to be luxurious but isn't.

Beautiful hotel with decorative interiors. Outside banquet open area with pool for marriages or party purposes. Delicious food with great service. Valet parking was also available. Well mannered and professional staff. This property is on the main suraj kund road can be easily seen during the drive.

Service is good in general, the building is in severe need of repairs though, but the stay is good, and the manager Amar runs the place well

First impression of the property is great. But as you spend time, you can understand lack of hospitality, which can be improved.

1) Valet parking, though available, the guy was reluctant to take the key and was observing from distance.

2) There were no one in gate , to get the luggages inside. Yes, I am not talking about laptop bags,but actual luggages.

Rooms are ok but needs more caring eyes from housekeeping staffs. One the a lamp shade was broken but not replaced. Cisterns switch wasn't working properly.

Earlier Sarovar Portico is now Goldfinch. The hotel and rooms have seen better days but now that level has fallen. Still nothing wrong with room size,buffet spread, staff service - just that in comparison with earlier times things have come down a bit.

The place is nice but the service was not so fast. Pineapple raita was pathetic!!!

Hotel is good....But not that good......People and sites says it's a 4 * hotel.....I don't think so.....There is light problem and food is not that good...Security is not enough ....Wallet parking so bad.......

Superb hotel also staff behavior is good with guest.

The hotel is ok. Not great. They are very slow in service. When I asked for a shaving kit they took one hour to bring. Everything is very slow. Gym in the hotel is pathetic. I think nobody will go there. Swimming pool is good, but to access the swimming pool one has to exit the main lobby and come to the front of the hotel. Location of the pool is in front of the main entrance.

Good hotel. Good view. Location amazing. Food average. Tea cofee maker in room. Comfortable bedding. Size of room is good for the money you are paying. Mini bar empty. Washrooms are average size. For this price i would definitely recommend this hotel.

Place where you can stay out of pollution and near with nature, like fresh air will come out from outside and have taken a long fresh breath, is an awesome experience and food quality is really good.

Rooms are quite tiny unlike shown in the pictures. No proper cleanliness. All major services were down and out.

Worst service, booking was done 6 months in advance for 5 rooms. Last moment they gave keys only to 3 rooms and said the other 2 rooms are unavailable, probably they sold it at the last moment for 3/4x the normal price. No respect to bookings/customers and their guests.
Please don't book this hotel, staff is really rude.
