Great experience, very clean rooms and surrounding, staff very courteous.
Worth staying when in Delhi

Excellent, ossum and luxurious hotel i ever seen OMG

Worst possible experience Cheaters . Made me wait 1 hour at reception. I had 4 days booking with them. Despite paying them 4 days advance they refused to check me in saying that the confirmation email was mistakenly deleted .Finally they found the email and let me in .However they took my original passport , aadhaar and credit card as security saying that they will return them next day.Name of person who took it was Prem .To my horror, the next day they lost all 3 ! Even after losing my 3 most valuable documents the person at reception named Prem had very casual attitude and said " It got lost by mistake and not deliberately so I should not make a fuss of it "

No basic hospitality, These people are not even professional like 3 star..Very uneducated lacking basic soft skills..even many Oyo hotels might be better in my opinion. Waste of money

I have stayed in this hotel ( Delhi) for 3 days. Very bad experience. The access card does not work every evening and if you call the reception they will say we are sending a person with new card but you have to wait for another 15 min. Again you have to call and some other will do the same thing. The rooms are not clean, you will find hair in the bathroom. They do not keep enough bathroom accessories . The entire lift is stinky because of food delivery to rooms. The entire floor was full of food smell. Not worth for money. Some of the reception staff are not fit for the work. The restaurant is over priced . Overall very bad experience for me. I will not recommend anybody .

Everything is ok except bathrooms three out of four under repairing.....

Nice hotel , staff are nice ...good rooms but what I don't like is 1. Bed they are of spring which I personally don't like. 2. Half of the lights are not working 3. You have to ask again for everything they do the staff are nice but need professionalism .

Food is good and so is ambiance, food can be improved especially starters and mocktails

Hotel is good to stay but food quality is not good. Buffet is waste of Money. Food is costly too

Considering the landscape of Faridabad, this is a decent property.
Although Customer service can be a bit tricky and dicey, but all in all it's a decent option to stay for a night or two during your business trips.

Bathrooms are not so great, toiletries kept are very cheap. Food is not so good.

Not so good staff is very slow even a simple tea takes more then 30 mins, they don't even have first aid kit, even the basic things like plumbing is not up to the mark every washroom was leaking in some or the other way.

Just OK place and budget friendly. Food and buffet breakfast is not that great.

Saw few rooms, not so impressive but restaurants and food is good and bar is also good, ordered kiwi margarita but fresh kiwi wasn't used which made drink not as expected

went there for a friend's reception party, place is nice with courteous staff and spectacular cuisine...
will definitely be coming again to stay..

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, average tasting food.

Food isn't as good as it used to be. Bar is quiet and clean, but often empty. The bar is occasionally full during a cricket match, and the restaurant is busy during continental breakfast. Salads are clean and fresh.

Very much far from new delhi railway station hotel is Ok to stay

Lovely place! Staff at the reception is pretty slow but you're well greeted at the entrance. The rooms are well designed and spacious. Buffet breakfast was a huge disappointment so you can probably give that a miss. Everything else is fab!

The staff is really friend & courteous. The amenities are also good. All in all, it's a good budget hotel to stay at.
