Okayish food but the servings were large and worth the money. One thing to add is that there's not too much variety in the menu.

The hotel is too expensive to the things it has.. Food cost seems too high like a 5 star hotel

Instead of staying in Delhi one can stay in Goldfinch hotel faridabad. The place is less crowded, peaceful and the view is so wide.it is very near to Surajkund and charm wood city.

Food was not good. They repeated same menu continues three day. Not fresh food. Services was not good.

Pathetic hotel. No attention to guest complaints. I complained about the faulty ac making noise and nobody came to fix it even after reminding them almost 5 times throughout the day. You can see the state of the ac vent how clean it is, looks like it hasnt been cleaned in ages. House keeping is very slow. Even water is delivered after 2 hours. Needs major improvement, till that time not recommended to anyone. There are better hotels in the area.

Was Not a good experience at all.Below average food, limited buffet,untrained staff, poor service specially room service, power backup takes time, too small rooms.

This is one of the worst stays of my life. Extremely uncourteous and ill trained staff. When i requested them to pack some b'fast for me because i was getting late for a meeting, the guy said that you should have come early, we will not pack anything... Too Bad!

Happy to have checked in here for 4 nights. The services are prompt, the food is good n the staff is welcoming. A special mention about Uma Jana at the front desk, who is always meticulously ensuring that the guests are comfortable, with a smiling face. Overall a worth experience.

Nice comfortable hotel but when we checked in many of the necessary items were missing like towels so make sure you check everything and ask reception for the items.

The services of this hotel are pathetic.. you need to ask 10 times for one single thing.. useless and careless staff.. especially Hema on front desk.. they did not provide hot water. And kept on saying we will fix in sometime, which never happened. Over expensive and not worth a single penny

Visited once but was greatly disappointed as the food didn't taste good and service was poor too.
It was a buffet dinner in of their banquet hall.

This is a decent hotel. But their Standard room's bath has big time problems either smelly and poor exhaust in bath room.
