I am working with Techno Exponent for 8 months now and I started as a fresher and I must say it is one of the Kolkata's best company to start your career with.
They give you your space and help to learn all new technologies and provide with great working environment and very helpful Seniors.
One of the best things which I feel makes this company stand out is their amazing management. Here management understands your problem and provide solutions accordingly.
So here are some pros and cons according to me

Cons:
Only con I feel is a bit lengthy working works.
But still if you are smart and efficient, you can finish your work on time and leave :)

I recently bought a web application based on Laravel from Techno Exponent. The after service provided by the company was incredible. Right from introducing the features to guiding in cases of app response based problems, they have resolved quickly and efficiently.

Pros
Best HR team.
I think most of IT company need quantity work, but in this company always need quality work and it s can help for growth and learn.

Everything flows from top whether bad or good. The CEO is highly Loveable and Motivated which brings lot of positive energy in the team.

Cons-

Though I believe that there is always room for improvement in anything. But thinking of things to improve here it becomes so difficult because all you see around is Positive and goody.
We don't have cab facility and so thinking of having one in future for people

As i said, Love and motivation spread by you creates lot of energy in the complete team and is difficult to describe in words. So keep continuing the way you are.

Not nice. Owner is not good. They don't even give hike also. But yes salary on time.
