I stayed for three days last week. It is regrettable that I decided to stay at the hotel just because I thought that it would be better to go there.
As soon as I got into the room, I smelled like a sewer and I smoked all the time to buy a candle from the mart. I'm not a cockroach, I've got a crawling insect. It is not advantageous except the distance point which is close to the Sanzeki Station (there is a distance from the city instead).

Near Sants train station, very well located, this facilitates both the arrival in Barcelona and the departure, in this station you can take the metro line 3, having stops in several central places of the city. A good hotel, very attentive and friendly staff, to be of 4 stars lacks a little more amenities in the toilet, a small bottle of shampoo, another gel and a soap bar rayan ranch, the breakfast buffet full, With automatic coffee machines that break down or fail frequently, each room has a fridge with NADA inside, spacious rooms with a terrace, for my opinion a four stars too justito.

Not sure why this is 4 stars. Feels more like a 3. Reception slow, waited in a queue while several staff just wandered around and one guy was working. Booked a double bed in a "superior" something room but they gave me a room with two small beds instead. If this is their "superior" am glad I have never seen the "basic" option. Complained about the beds but was told that the hotel run out of double beds and to try again next day, useless service. Room itself is rather basic and worn out. Breakfast is as basic too, nothing fancy and not worth including. Most cafe on the street will feed you better. The location is good and close to metro with taxis easy to find. Lifts are quick and the whole place is not too crowded which is good. Overall, will avoid in the future unless there is nowhere else to stay.

Good location but too short bed and relatively old rooms (although partly on new trimmed but not so nice) Breakfast is excellent and very recommendable. Also you roof terrace is nicely done.

In a perfect location, you can reach everywhere either by foot or 5 minutes by metro network.

Clean and very helpful polite staff but the only reason for 3 stars and not 5 was because the roof pool/bar was closed and that was the initial reason for booking.. but perfect location next to train station etc.

Good location, breakfast very nice, just below a supermarket, everything easily accessible from here. Staff friendly, rooms could be a bit bigger, can highly recommend it for spouses who are flying to Barcelona for the first time.

Excellent service, the whole hotel is themed with photos of the most emblematic places of Barcelona. Breakfast buffet varied and good quality.

The room that I got had old furniture, a shower with a bathtub, a narrow and long room, noise from the air conditioning at night. The television in my room was flat but another colleague's was with an ass. Apparently there is part of the hotel renovated and part not. The advantage is that it is a central hotel.

The hotel staff is that works the night shift is very rude and when you ask for water at 4 am they won t give it to you unless it s the first night in the hotel. They tell you to wait til 7am when the rest opens. I needed to take medication. Worst service ever

Good basic hotel, rooftop pool is quite small but nice not bad prices at the bar. Way to many taps on the showers

The only good thing is that it is next to Sans station, for those of us who go for work. Nice renovated common areas but rooms from 30 years ago.
Many tourists in espadrilles, they must have other prices because they give us a prohibitive price of 190 euros per night. It is what has to be so much demand and hotel speculation that the government is allowing. Before, prices did not fluctuate that much.

Very good situation and with pool and terrace upstairs with spectacular views

The service is super friendly, at all times collaborating with anything you may need. The room impeccable, quiet and super cozy.
It has a very well equipped pool with a lovely sunbathing area. The stay was very pleasant.

A hotel to be especially avoided! The staff are really laughing at you, they don't give a damn about the customer because it is a hotel that is right in front of the train station so it's just back and forth so no respect and rude ...
we had breakfast on Saturday morning in the room at 10 a.m., at noon we went down to say if they could come and collect the trays and we were told yes no worries so we left to visit Barcelona and on our return to our room around 8:30 p.m., the trays were in front of the room on the floor. A shame for a 4 star and the housekeeping is to be desired as well as the dirty staff on their work clothes.
Really to flee and quickly ....

Perfectly located Hotel with good connections to the beach n tourist areas

The place offers great value for money. Specially with breakfast buffet for which unfortunately there is no photo I took. The vanity items in bathroom were good, soaps tooth brush, shaving kit etc. And the public bathroom had rituals soaps . Nice. Also had a small fridge for keeping things cool. Only if room was little wide and bed were little plush feel. They were absolutely fine to sleep I should add.

Reception staff and restaurant super friendly but the comfort of the single beds leaves to be desired. Small and gives the feeling that it is going to fall. The good thing is the proximity to the train station.

The hotel had pleasant helpful staff at check in. It's location to the train station is perfect. Easy to find and convenient for a stop over visit but not for an extended stay in Barcelona. The room pictures bare no resemblance to the rooms our group got and lacked basic amenities like a jug to boil water or coffee and tea sachets as found in most hotels I've stayed in. The tv's faced a wall less than 2m away with no chairs for seating. Seating on the floor while watching tv ??? So very cramped indeed. Bathroom tiles were dirty and the bathroom was designed for a disabled person with the toilet so close to the wall and hand support rail you had to sit on it sideways. Rendering it almost useless if you were in fact disabled.
A nice try but entirely impracticable. If looking for a overnight stay close to the train station it will suffice but only just.

Modern and quiet hotel, it shows that it has been recently renovated. Spacious and bright rooms, with mini terrace. 40 "flat TV, no minibar, on the 9th floor there is a pool and a huge terrace-bar, with excellent views, buffet prices and drinks according to Barcelona, very expensive, good service in general.

This hotel is equipped like a 4 star. It is clean, well maintained and the staff is welcoming and professional. The breakfast is impeccable. But alas this hotel is extremely noisy: the walls are narrow and you can hear everything happening in the adjoining rooms. The floor without carpet, in marble slabs, does not dampen any noise. And finally the windows are poorly soundproofed. In short, the nights are difficult because of the din! I was in Barcelona for work and my bad night turned my trip into a galley. It is not worth a four star at all. Essential earplugs!

Good location, all kinds of transport are one step away from and to the airport, courteous staff, rooftop pool, good food. The room we were calling was for three, but instead of a wardrobe there was a large closet that could not be ventilated and all the clothes smelled of mold.

Hotel conveniently located next to Barcelona Sants train station. Very nice room of quality and service at the top. A little far from downtown and ramblas walk all the same.

Next to the main train station.Next Metro station Tarragona.Das hotel exudes the charm of a 70s -Jahre bunker. The rooms are relatively large and clean but extremely clairaudient. The 2 terraces on the roof offer a great view. A small pool (with Towel service) there is for the hotel size, however, too many beach chairs. Unfortunately also he daily at 20 o'clock is closed. After a busy day of sightseeing in the city, the cooling in the pool would be great.

Inexplicable being a 4 star hotel, for quality is worse than a hostel. Trap for tourists, they have only renewed the reception, the rest of the hotel is falling apart, old, bad smell, no maintenance, crushed furniture and justita cleaning. After claiming at reception if it would be possible to stay in a room "renovated" I was offered the change to a superior paying 5. The furniture was somewhat less old but was crushed, grated and dirty walls, filthy curtains and continuous bad smell in the bathrooms. It is also a hotel for noisy teenagers, located in a dark back street. Do not fall into the trap too.

Stayed several times before at this hotel. Good value hotel with very convenient location. Comfortable rooms. We had a nice view of Montjiuc this time. Disappointed though to find that they had done away with their bar/cafe.

Anyway location is good! As we use Sants station every time we move to various places from Barcelona, we repeat. The room is . . It's ok, but the quality of the staff is good!

A great hotel, they welcome you with a smile and that is appreciated. They are waiting for you at all times and if you call you respond very kindly, you do not even realize that there are neighbors, all out of annoying noises. disaster. This is a 4 star hotel? kidding me. It's not a hotel, it is like a hostel or something more bad. Narrow and very small interior room. Don't expect the soundproof. I can hear all the sound around my room. Some smell inside room, bad working electronic system and bad view(I'm at 9th floor). Only two things good: kind crews and working well wi-fi. ~
