I live in Desert Mountain and have used Aquaman Pools since I moved here in August of 2018. I have had a significant amount of work done from Aquaman. The work is of high quality. I am a demanding customer and frequently need to call the office for assistance and follow-up. I always try to contact Kirsten Pletcher, Officer Administrator. She is always pleasant, extremely helpful and responsive. Any issues I have she makes sure I get the appropriate timely assistance. I find her to be very important to my continuing relationship with Aquaman Pools.

We have been with Aqua Man for years now. They have always been good however when u get a new pool guy it kinda stinks. We have a Great new pool guy his name is Timothy and not only do I like him but my dogs dig him too! Has been a great deal!

Dave Flowers came out and gave me a bid to replace the pool pump and do some other work on 6-19-16. The work was done within the next 10 days from that time. The seals that they replaced on the filter never did completely stop the leaking, but I dealt with that. 3 weeks ago, while my pool man was cleaning the pool, the pool pump stopped working. It has been going on and off since that time. I called today and spoke with Amber to find out the warranty on the motor and was told they don't deal with that and that I would have to call the manufacturer directly. She could not even tell me who the manufacturer was - that I would have to look on the pump to get that information. I would think that they would have records of what they sold to customers, but it doesn't appear that they have that information and their customer service is non existent. If I could give them 0 stars I would have.

After sourcing a number of pool companies I contacted our reality agent and Aquaman Pool rep. Grag Anderson. Greg was as reliable in helping us with our pool rehab as he was in getting us settled in a great home here in Phoenix. Just an update after using Aquaman Pools for six months. We continue to believe this is an excellent company for its service and billing practices. We used a small service provider for about three years and had spotty service. Since switching to Aquaman, our pool water has never looked better and the equipment is performing well. It has only been a few weeks since we switched to Aquaman but am very happy with the improvement in pool water quality!!

This company does great work. Totally respect this company and you know pool companies...Plus the owner knows his stuff. He made an amazing recommendation on a pool equipment solution he felt best another company handle as it wasn't in their wheelhouse. Total integrity!

Scott Sucharew came out to address a couple of concerns. One was that our system wasn't priming. We had been informed that this was likely due to a leak somewhere. Scott quickly determined that the problem was due to a damaged cleaner hose, which he switched out, resolving the problem within 5 minutes. He also inspected for leaks and gave a quote on a filter clean and gauge replacement which he will perform shortly. He was easy to work with, professional and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and Scott.

I hadn t had a pool in many years. When I bought my home in spite of checking it out ahead the pool has had several problems. When I found Aquaman they helped me understand what I missed and what was important to repair. They are very responsive to my service issues and my pool is nearly perfect. Though not the least expensive they have good people that know what they re doing. I would highly recommend Aquaman for maintenance and repair.

Scott came out to give me a sales quote, soon realized that my pool was in stress. He immediately went into pool saving mode, and got my pumps working, backwashed, and cleaned my filters , so that my pool pump would filter and clean my pool. This was done on a sales call- above and beyond the call of duty-forever grateful

We are new to the valley, and moved into a new build and built a new pool. We have had pools in the Midwest but owning a pool in the desert is quite a bit different. He takes such good care of the pool and answers our endless questions and makes sure we know everything we need to know. Greg Anderson and his team helped me with the remodel of my pool and backyard when I had a pool leak. I was impressed with the communication and personal attention as well as the design knowledge and the flexibility. The company presents itself very well and professional but that is where the problem starts. They are extremely pushy when it comes to selling new equipment when not needed. They charge you up front for the chemicals needed 6 months ahead of time. They quoted me 175$ a month for basic cleaning service monthly. Spent 5 minutes talking to a few other pool services that were 90$ a month that included chemicals. Almost half the price. Then when I tried to talk to a manager and the receptionist blew me off. When I called back to cancel the service they were rude to me then hung up after I said I wanted to cancel. I hope someone reads this and at least looks at other options. Companies like this shouldn t get business with so many other options available.

My favorite employee at Aguaman is Josh who takes care of the things that break on your pool and/or fountain. The company does a very good job and my pool is kept sparkling clean. They come to clean like clockwork on your designated day and never miss.They have always been able to fix anything that has gone wrong. KA in McCormick Ranch

Aquaman pools has done an excellent job with cleaning and maintaining my very used pool! They are the best in communicating what is going on with my pool and service. They show up on schedule on the day they say. We have always had assigned technicians and they have all been great, but would like to say our current technician, Gavin, saved us quite a bit of money today by going above and beyond his job in locating a leak for us. He is always so pleasant, does everything to keep our pool healthy and great. I highly recommend Aquaman and if you live in North Scottsdale, maybe you will be lucky enough to have Gavin to take care of your pool.

I liked this company when I signed up. Nice people, knowledgeable. They did good work. Then I started getting my invoices. They charged me for things from 2 months prior that they never logged as replacing! This is NOT an honest company, so unless you want to babysit their every move, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Chad is my pool s Super Hero! His team approaches servicing pools in a purely scientific fashion, making sure that it is healthy enough for a year-round dip. Yes, you read that right YEAR ROUND! Scottsdale can get chilly in the fall and winter, but with a well-maintained pool heater, swimming is a 365 affair. I would recommend Aquaman Pools without a doubt. I contacted Aquaman Pools in order to address an existing issue with my DE filter. After review with the representative, I made the decision to replace my DE filter with a updated Jandy cartridge pool filter. Rueben was the technician that came out and installed the filter. He took his time to ensure that everything was setup correctly. He walked me through the features and what I would need to do to maintain service on the filter. Great job!!!

Our pool has never looked or felt so clean! Chad showed us some things to keep our filter working better and lasting longer. And, apparently we were over chlorinating the water, which wasn't good for our skin or hair. Love that their crew wears masks and keeps everything safe and clean. And, after each weekly service, we get a photo and report of what's going on with the pool Thanks!

Not just a lot of extras, but necessary processes which will keep our pool in wonderful condition and lower the chlorine levels a lot. They service a LOT of pools in our area.
