Horrible experience. Cannot relay the upsetting feeling to have missed big part of the exhibition because they didn't bother to post their closure time. No one thought I should know it'd close in an hour, with no grace period, just shutting down all of the exhibits.
And the price, oh my, you can find so many better ways to spend that money. So very overpriced for such little to offer.
Just get a picture outside, which is many times better than all the stuff inside.

UPD: I have sent email at once, as suggested, but a month later I haven't got any response... Either it was honestly missed, or it doesn't look like there's wish to resolve this offline.

UPD 2: They have replied, offered any ways to resolve the situation and were nice in general. Got tickets for return visit.

UPD 3: We went to visit again, this time at the entrance they told us about the closing hours (although after scanning the ticket, so a bit too late. And we learned they're open until 7. Those signs with hours should definitely be put on the entrance doors in big letters). This time we had more fun, finally having a chance to see the horror, scifi, and fantasy exhibitions, plus the current special "the queen within", which was colourful.
Overall, the experience finally was nice.
