Its a bit of confusion to be able to take right elevator if you enter from Dubai Mall. The offices are decent.

Probably the best location in Dubai to view the Burj Khalifa. Unobstructed views, super luxury office address. Exhorbitant parking charges if you are visiting for business (recommend taking a cab)

One of the major building in downtown but access to main road and parking is not easy, No restaurants and refreshment area only advantage is the bridge connecting Dubai Mall.

It is fancy modern high tower by Emaar, the issue is the access to reach the parking and the cost of the parking, it is really expensive, so it is better to go there by metro, the building got an access from burj khalifa metro station through tunnels, and if you want to use the parking put a timer because if the time entered the second hour only by 1 or two minutes you will be charged for the whole hour, so prepare your wallet .

This place is very futuristic and in the evening you can enjoy a view of the modern city.

No windows, so it gets very hot inside and constant problems with the air conditioning.
