Clean. Nice offices. Close to metro and parking underneath building

Nice place, went for a meeting here. Inside Parking very expensive 25 AED Per hour, you can park in fashion parking and can go through metro path. Building is excellent and well maintained. As you go out you can see Burj khalifa in front of you.

I really wana go to this place it sounds very awsome there is. A lot of activity in the hotle

So professional people around this place. This plaza has two towers named as Boulevard Plaza Tower 1 and Tower 2 respectively. Both towers looks similar and are locatiod in front of Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall. This buliding is connected to a nearby metro station and Dubai mall. If you are coming by metro station then exit on burj khalifa dubai mall station and have a walk in dubai mall direction and need to exit before reaching dubai mall. You can find an exit door on the left side of the bridge you walk.

Of course Starbucks is here. If you coffee lover must visit.

It is an office building with an absolutely breathtaking design. There is a direct metro connection and is therefore easy to reach. With a view of the Burj Khalifa, it is certainly very pleasant to work from here. Definitely worth a visit. Have fun

Good place to stay and enjoy shopping and good food

I went there for noon office. The design and architecture of the place was average type very few places that looked stunning. Lift was below average as compared to the location of the building

There is a corridor for the tower from within the metro bridge between the Dubai Mall and Dubai Metro

Nice place. Only issue I found was that you need to change lifts in order to go to the car park if your car is at the upper levels.

One of those landmark building in the down town near to the prestigeois Burj Khalifa.
Its the office of the noon e commercial site.
They have seperate lifts for different floor. Its located at first floor. You should go to different area for the first half of the building and for further top floor there is different lidlfts. Which is good to manage the lift traffic .The view from these building is very awesome.they have a 'The Cafe' cafe at the first floor. You can come to the building via the metro link as well. Then you will have to goto the first floor and take the second set of lifts if the desrired floor is not available on the list. Metro link is connect ed to the floor 3.

Parking is very expensive with Green Parking. Quite unreasonable!
