Delicious coffee. FYI on the croissant monsieur sandwich, looks great with turkey and melted cheese on top but it's filled with creamy bechamel sauce inside the croissant. Not what I was expecting, but the actual croissant was very tasty.

I was here with my friends and we totally loved it. There's so much to choose from: salads, breakfast, bread, muffins, quiche... everybody will find something. Also perfect for veggies and vegans;)
I'd totally recommend it and I'll be back!

The ham in the eggs benedict tasted like any cheap

It took 30 minutes and 3 reminders to get an americano. Wait staff need to up their game. Kitchen was good though!

Great place to be...creative, delicious, lovely helpful staff.

Couldn't resist having savoury and sweet treats for brunch. The spread of food is beautifully displayed and the cafe is decorated in a cool-gritty style. The kitchen is open to see and they were busy preparing mountains of amazing looking salads ready for lunch. All the food was of a high standard and the service was friendly and prompt. Definitely worth a detour.

A place that serves such high quality coffee and breakfast at 7am on a Sunday deserves at least 6 stars in my book. Also the staff were very nice.

Delicious. 5 stars. The chef mafe a perfect superp excellent breakfast. The cappuccino was got, may ne needs some improvements but this is complaining on a higher level. The food gets 10 stars. Fully recommend this spot.

Been here a couple of times a few yeaars ago - was always good but went recently and the take away coffee had taken a turn for the worse. The soy latte wasnt the best.

Great, trendy place with delicious brunch, sandwiches, cakes, and coffee. When it hits, the food is absolutely delicious, making it feel like a properly quality joint. However, some items fall short which make it seem a bit half-arsed. Also, and I admit this could be unique to me, the staff look at me like I'm a dummy anytime I ask them for anything, albeit in a slightly bashful way.

Always serving delicious fresh salads, pizzas, breakfast items (ham & croissant/spinach) my go to is a chai latte and the berry muffin!

My favourite local coffee place. Fresh food, good coffee and local atmosphere. Some staff can be east end kid of grumpy, but most of them are nice and friendly. Thanks and see you soon again.

Friends, I was recently in this beautiful and cozy cafe. Who loves aramanthus, fine coffee is that place. The food is super, the portions are large, the service is good, despite the fact that the room is full, I did not have to wait long. So, and about the deserts, oh how impressive they are. The taste is divine. If you are near, come in, be satisfied.

Excellent coffee and rich choices of breakfast. We had 2 different quiches and they are both wonderful. Cappuccino is really really tasty. Soft form and good espresso. I would like to visit more time to have through the whole menu.

Cake and mocha were far too sweet! Cool space though.

Good food and excellent service. I bought a quiche which was excellent, accompanied by an equally tasty mixed salad, all of which were delivered with a smile. After that I really wanted a filter coffee rather than an espresso and the friendly guy in charge made one for me. Wow. Am I really in London?

Great coffee, and if not, then one will be made again. Then it's great. Eat delicious too. Porridge with berries was great. Any time.

The place is very nice, even if small.
The choice of dishes is almost endless between sweet and savory (there are also veg choices) and they all look delicious.
The staff is friendly and quick to serve at the tables.
Absolutely to try again.

If it's quiet it's amazing, but if it's busy don't even bother. Don't even bother with sit in, as they ruin it. It took so long to come to the table that my flat white had no foam on the top and was very very cold. I've been going for six months ever since I loved the coffee taste, but lately I avoid it and go to the black sheep one by Aldgate station further down, as it's the same taste - more expensive, but better quality and service. They always have a very very bad queue where they have no idea how to serve. When I was waiting once for a very long time they served all the people after me first and this really made me angry, as I was late for my meeting. The man after me said no this is your one, as we all ordered flat white and he had to tell the woman making it. Food should be covered as well for hygienic purposes. Don't get me wrong it makes it look fantastic with it all laid out, but anyone can breathe on it or touch it by accident. Coffee taste is fantastic, but ruined by very poor service. Don't feel comfortable to go back as initially the guy serving always recognised me, but as service decreased it got worse and worse. You want to go in and have better treatment if you are a regular customer. I spent so much money to come there weekly far from where I live, but no point now.

Good coffee, of a particular blend. If it doesn't drive you crazy, they also have mocha, American coffee, juice, tea and more ... delicious croissants with almonds or cream and raisins swirl
The restaurant is very characteristic. The counter front wall is full of messages left by customers from all over the world. It is worth a visit just to admire them.

Cute little coffee shop right off of the Aldgate Eat tube stop. Can be easy to miss given that there's no sign but a great way to start your day. Pastries and baked goods are excellent as is the capuccino. Fantastic place

The service was a bit rude, the coffee is very underwhelming but I'll certainly agree the pastries are delightful.

Great place to sit and chill, pastries and coffee are really nice. Can occasionally get really busy during the lunch rush so seating is hard to get hold of.

Staff are really friendly especially Jos who's always great to have a chat with.

Some of the best food and coffee in Aldgate/Brick Lane, worth a walk

This is a standard stop during my London trips. Healthy and delicious food in a relaxed environment. Londen atmosphere and friendly people. Many veggie options, good coffee (soy milk possible). Just a short walk from The City, Bricklane etc. Located in a dynamic area with a nice mix of old and new. Big new residential blocks and small houses. Oh and I love the floor! The loaden counter just screams 'EAT ME'!

Genuinely good coffee and varied fresh food options. Friendly staff and reasonably private seating add to the experience. If ordering takeaway it can get somewhat congested around the pickup point.

Deceptively large space with some good seating options. Very friendly service and great coffee which is smooth and well rounded.
8 & 12 oz take away options which is good. There s also a good selection of salads, savouries and cakes - I went for the Vegan Lemon Slice which was AMAZING!

Get trading coffee. Although I can't exactly say the same about the confectionery. They lacked any kind of flavour. The textures are a bit powdery

Brilliant coffee (only reason I'd ever visit again!), the salmon bun was lovely - however it's so ridiculously crowded in there that you barely get to enjoy it. You'd think they would invest in more seating, there's plenty of room for more - instead you need to compete, negotiate or rush for a seat. Not the friendliest service either, a bit dull, moody and lacking. Not worth the hype.

I had their quiche Lorraine and a mixture of their 3 fresh salads. The salads were literally to die for. I dream of the dill-beet-bean-carrot salad. Huge servings. I did not try their coffee, but the salads give enough of an excuse to come back.

Very nice neighborhood cafe open all day. There are great coffee, delicious cakes and pastries (special mention to the carrot cake) as well as salads and quiches. The chef also prepares hot dishes (eggs, pancakes, etc.) The ideal place to have an excellent breakfast

Nice little cafe. The taste of the cocoa has room for improvement. The chicken sandwich (flat bread) was really delicious. The napkin art on the wall is really an eye-catcher and a change. We recommend.
