Exmouth has no signage, but there's no need with a window full of amazing pastries, cakes and ginormous meringues catches your eye and lure you in.
I've been frequenting Exmouth since 2015 when I first moved to London. The cakes drew me in but the exceptionally good coffee and friendly staff kept me coming back every day.
They take coffee very seriously, sourcing and roasting their own beans in a warehouse behind the cafe. They also make all their food onsite which means it's always fresh and delicious - I highly recommend the chicken, pesto flat bread wraps and any of the cakes, or pasteries, but my favourites are the chocolate almond croissants and the "Chocolate Fudge Bar" - be careful though, it's super rich so you might want to share.
There's a lively vibe, modern decor and intimate feel to the cafe. With a reasonable amount of seating but it does get very busy at lunch and in the weekends. Oh, and if it's full, why not try Grounder just down the road - it's owned by the same guys and has equally good coffee and food.
