I was having difficulty getting any sort of traction on selling my studio apartment until I worked with EXIT Realty. Leah was very energetic and optimistic about what needed to be done and she executed on her promises pretty quickly.

I really liked the virtual staging photos, which gave the apartment more life. She would keep in touch weekly with updates.

This was a very tough market, and my apartment in particular was extra difficult to sell but she got it done and I'm grateful for it.

I recommend working with EXIT Realty.

LEAH MUSHEYEVA, The WORST realtor in the history of real estate. The sheer fact that communicating with Leah was like pulling teeth speaks volumes to the kind of realtor she is. She fails at following up let alone responding to texts or calls. It is just mind blowing that for someone who makes their living off of commission would be this unprofessional and lazy. To get a response and hours/days later at that, the same question must be asked three times. Terrible service and would advise anyone looking into using her services to look elsewhere. A total waste of time and energy. TERRIBLE AT HER JOB!

Solomon at Exit Realty is by far the most professional and knowledgeable realtor that I have ever dealt with. He handled everything that came up from listing to closing in record time.
