Do not use if military or have to work full time while trying to acquire a home!!! I submitted an application and was approved. There was no mention of needing to provide deposit at time of application and I was also instructed that once application had been approved, I had 48 hours to get deposit turned in. After making arrangements to be off work (not easy in the military) to have time to get certified funds and drop off, I get called and told I should have submitted money with application (submitted digitally by the way) and if I didn't submit immediately would loose house. Beyond this inconsistency in communication they seemed unwilling or capable to provide any assistance. Recommend you go to someone more accommodating to military needs.

After listing expired, agent complained listing price too high and won't return house keys. Asking for keys back finally she mailed in regular envelope but nothing in it when I got the mail. So far I still don't get my house lock fixed. One said she got one key only but the other said that she got two keys for the same door lock. I just wonder how can agent get in house to have a showing with two doors locked. More than one and half months still don't take care of their mistake.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!!!! LORI MONTROSS at the Military hwy location is T H E worst agent in the 757!! VERY rude , disrespectful, unreasonable, and very confrontational!!! The properties were a piece of shxt!!! And she tried to drain every single penny she could out of us !!! If I could tag her in this post I would !!! But please do NNNOOTTT waste your time and money with these people !!!

Do NOT do business with this company. We worked with Amy Taylor and then Kimberly Plourde (who is the owner of this office) when Amy stopped managing our property without any one informing us. They avoided our phone calls and emails for weeks, told us our dishwasher was "a non essential item" when it broke even though our lease states that one will be provided by our landlord, never put a lock on our garage door when we requested one after break-ins in the area (which violates VA landlord-tenant laws), never followed up about move out procedures despite multiple calls/texts/emails, tried to charge us for moving out early though we had written approval AND attempted to withhold our security deposit. When they finally sent the security deposit they mailed it to the wrong address, though we had multiple conversations about where/to who it should be sent. If you are renting/buying from them make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing and be aware of your legal rights. The only way I got anything done was by reminding them that they were violating laws and could be held liable for their actions or lack thereof.

Recently, I was a vendor at the Vendor Trade Show. I was amazed by my experience. The agents, the staff, and management team are awesome. They make you feel welcome and very much appreciated. Their is a culture of people who are authentic, real, fun and focus on doing the business of real estate while truly caring for people. I can see why people are drawn to this office to be part of this company. This is a great place to grow your real estate business.

PLEASE READ! This review is coming from good tenants. If I could leave no rating I would. If you ever find yourself dealing with the duo Lori and Hailey, DON T. We were renting a townhouse their managing. Every time we needed anything done we had to go through the owner. Good thing we met him at the beginning. If you do work with them keep a paper trail of your conversations email, texts. They forget and act like they lost paperwork. My reason for leaving this review, follows. We found a great deal on a new house, we talk to the owner the same month our lease was suppose to renew. He agreed it was cool to move forward since it was in the same month. 1st situation, When they found out we were moving out, The BS began. They tried to get about $700 plus out of us in pet fees, when they knew about our pet from the beginning. Paper trail saved us! 2nd situation, Now they re charging us a ridiculous 35% releasing fee. The house was only on the market 8 weeks. Someone moved in before we moved out. Thank God. They are money hungry and will try to get money out of you. I spoke to my legal team and a few realtors who manage properties, they all said the same thing, that s ridiculous. If we can t come to resolution at BBB I will have to take further legal actions.

Everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend working with EXIT Realty.

This is the first time I've ever went through a realtor to rent a house, if this is what it's like I will never do it again. Maybe the company is a good place but my agent is more into herself than her job. She cost us over a thousand dollars due to false information, lack of returning phone calls, and every time we HAD to call, she made us feel like we we're bothering her. There is more I could say but I don't want to spoil my evening.

My children and I are homeless thanks to Exit Realty and the landlord they had me rent from. Lies from day one about the rental home from the first agent who quit. 8 months of back to bak issues. I lost thousands of dollars worth of things in the end from mold/mildrew, my job, and homeless with my two teen daughters. They made no effort to try and put me in another location during the holidays. Even tho I paid my rent to them every month on time. Our lives turned upside down. The agent in the end stopped answering so couldnt even get the gas cut off in my name. Too bad I cant post pictures. They dont even deserve a st

My real estate license has been hung up with Exit Realty Central since 2016, I actually got started on my real estate journey in full participation in 2018 after I had my daughter Journee Exit Realty Central has been a family orientated firm. My broker Kimberly Plourde is very supportive, gives recognition when its due, is open to suggestions of making the work environment great, and has a staff of administrative that goes above and beyond great assistance. This Is a great firm to start off with as a new agent & to stay with to continue to GLOW successfully.

Very unprofessional crooks very crooked realty company be careful if renting they tell you are approved just to get the application fee then once they get the app fee they do a sneaky slick switch a roo deal just to tell you are not approved just to take your money greedy and crooked company just be careful

My husband and I were in the market looking for a home to buy. We had a horrible experience with another company and we started looking for a new reality company and came across Exit. We met with Juanita Alexander and she walked us through everything. She took us to look at, at least 25 homes in various cities before we decided to go with new construction. She worked so hard and even answered our messages day & night. She provides top notch service and she is extremely thorough.

re: AGENT ANGEL HILL, NORFOLK OFFICE! This devil swindled us by listing our home, pricing it too high so no one was buying, then buy it herself for the low AND want us to pay both commission. Then she stop answering our calls. We was suppose to close already months ago but she dont have the money! We had to get a lawyer now she tryna talk ok NO! NOW she REFUSES to let us move on so we can fine a GOOD Realitor that CARES about us and wont try to swindle us. Do not use her or this company tthey know what she doing our lawyer tole them.
