Realtor Juanita Alexander is AMAZING! She kept me in the loop my entire application process, and if there were any questions/concerns she came to me first for an explanation instead of assuming and I really appreciated that. You could really tell she not only had my best interest at heart, but also the owner of the property s as well. She was friendly, prompt, professional and extremely helpful throughout the entire process of renting a townhouse. She is up to date with all of the laws and educates owners and tenants. She went the extra mile when I had issues with the docusign forms and kept me updated throughout the approval process which most realtors do not. She made me feel extremely at ease and got back to me as soon as she could which was also AWESOME.
