Arturo's Brick Oven Pizza Review

The service was good. The food was great. The wait time was very long. All things considered a decent place to eat.

I went and ordered waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for food and the food was not at all what we ordered I got a personal pan and a medium they were the same size and the latanya we ordered was orange the waitress became very rude and we asked for a manager the waitress said that's ok I'll pay for your food because I can afford it in a very rude manner we talked to the manager and walked out and didnt even touch our food If it was possible to leave zero stars I would . Not to mention that we were not seated nor were we given

Wonderful! If I could give this place TEN stars I would.
Service was fantastic (even the manager came by to see if everything was OK).
Food was fantastic, and they have CAULIFLOWER PIZZA CRUST!!!
So I (and many others) can have pizza again.
Parking is plentiful. One thing they DO need is better signage- the restaurant is back in a corner and difficult to see.
Otherwise great experience. I'll be back

My boyfriend and I only got take out, but the staff was very cordial, the establishment was very nice and clean, and the pizza and breadsticks were very good. However, we expected the pizza, we ordered a large, to be bigger for the price that it was. The large pizza was more around the size of a medium. But it was good and the oven was actually made of brick, to reference an earlier review

Delicious food. Wonderful atmosphere. Attentive staff.

Update: 10/26/18 The pizza was overcooked. The 'dry rub' wings were the size of sugar packets, and repulsive to look at.

This place could THRIVE, prime location! They just can't seem to get it right.

Conway. 10/14/15. Haven't been there in a few months. Apparently a new cook. Pizza looked absolutely amazing! We didn't wait 1 1/2 hrs for our food this time. We may start going regularly again.

The chicken was great and so too was the Pizza. Service was good as well.

On 2/5/18 my wife and I met here for our usual stop back in town from a long driving work day for her. We started going here weekly on Monday or Tuesday nights to unwind and relax. Always enjoyed it and most of the time met friends there too. We love the deluxe pizza is the main reason we go there but also like the apps. In early January one of the waiters told us that a lot of the recipes had changed and the menu might not be accurate, we understood that, no problem. But the always creamy spinach cheese dip on this night didn t have much cheese at all and was really watered down. Waitress offered to remake it as she also thought it was not right. She returned with the new dish and stated that the manager made it. It was still watered down just as the first time. But here s my complaint, I pointed it out to the waitress and she replied, well I guess you know not to order that again . AND still charged us! You re right about that, we won t, and we won t order anything else either. With 13 years in the restaurant business I can say that I expected better than that. I looked at my AMEX and saw that we d spent over $500 there in past two months. Going elsewhere with that money in future.

Tried out the Cauliflower pizza at Brick oven and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the consistency and texture. I didn't miss the normal crust at all. I got the kickin chicken and added banana peppers on top of it. Now that I have had the pizza I feel like it might be a vital part of my future dining routine! I just appreciate them stepping outside the box! Now I can eat pizza!

Service was very slow and they forgot part of the order. I don't know why there was only 2 other tables seated at 1:30pm. So that's why they got dinged down to 3 stars.

Good pizza, breadsticks, and salads. Good place to get a drink with a good selection on tap.

Not that great. cheap draft beer is the only thing.

Extremely good pizza. I ate the "double trouble" and it was off the chart! Frank's red hot sauce was genius. Very clean and the staff was AWESOME! I will definitely return.

Ordered online, went to pick up and there was confusion about the order. Thought we had it straightened out, but took what I thought was my pizza and it was a calzone (not what was ordered or enough to share). Called to sort it out and was told I ordered incorrectly and handed off to a manager, who also told me I ordered incorrectly - while I was staring at my receipt. Was again told "well you ordered online and you made an error".

Let my guests split the calzone and ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut.

I get mistakes happen. That's not the point. The point is telling me that I made the error and then making comments about my call in the background - thinking they put me on hold.

The place was very cozy and laid back. I ordered my pizza to go and when I got it, it was cold. I ordered the Big Bubba and really wasn't blown away. I think it could've been better.

Service was very slow. It has been in the past but I just thought it was because they were busy. It wasn't busy tonight. Took almost 30 minutes for our appetizer to come out..it came out at the same time as the entrees & it was cold. They comped it & were very polite but I don't know if I'll be back.

The pizzas were pretty good but very small. The service was extremely slow and the waitress couldn't refill drinks with proper drink.

The Pizza is truly delightful and so very delicious. The service provided was friendly and the guy was genuine. It was a pleasant food experience. Amon

New items on the menu. Got the Big Italy pizza, which has Alfredo sauce instead of tomatoe and it was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Good service, polite staff, and a nice bar. 5 stars all day!

Awesome food! Good service too. Big portions for the price, especially with the appetizers, and food was delicious. We got the Chicken Nachos to start, and Pork Paradise pizza. (pictured) We couldn't finish it all. We will definitely be back!

This is our family s go to whenever we are hungry and can t decide what to eat. In my opinion it s the best pizza place in Conway.

Pizza is good and service is great. My favorite thing is the calzones though. Nice to have this in West Conway for sure.

Good food, but the prices are WAY too high for what you get. I rarely eat there because it just costs too much. Such a shame, because their pizzas and sandwiches are nice.

Extremely slow service this afternoon (Wednesday, 7 October 2020) with server CiCi at 1430. Took 7 minutes before she acknowledged me when I walked in for my first beer. Forty five minutes later I ordered a second beer even handing her my empty mug. Twenty minutes later no beer. I walked out the door without placing my food order as she seemed more interested with what was happening elsewhere in the kitchen. Worst experience ever at this Brick Oven.

We had the chicken quesadilla of all items to order at a pizza restaurant, but it does not disappoint. They don't add the traditional veggies to the quesadillas, but the garlic butter makes the tortillas extra crispy and so scrumptious. I plan on trying the pineapple upside down pizza next time I'm in town.

Little pricey for pizza. Friendly people, good atmosphere.

The spicy veggie pizza is my favorite pizza in town. I wish they'd expand their draught beer selection to include a few local options.

Great pizza. They do have a house brown ale on draft that is pretty good when they aren't out of it. Service is alright. Relatively laid back atmosphere.

Changing management slows down the pace, but food is worth the wait.

I just attempted to call in my favorite pizza in town, 'The Portabella.' The staff member who took the call answered with just, "Hello," which made me think for a moment that I dialed the wrong number. I proceeded to place my order, but was told they no longer serve that pizza. I was never impressed with other items on their menu, so I suppose, unless I hear this pizza has returned, I won't be back.

Been there several times over the last few months, food's always been great(love the razorback pizza n chicken nachos) n always gotten good service as well. And if you like them on Facebook they usually send out good offers thru messenger. And their strawberry cheesecake pizza is good also

Used to adore this place. Unfortunately it has progressively gotten dirtier and poorer in quality. Floors are now mildewed and the restaurant stinks. Still ordered takeout Bc evidently we're that dumb and stuck in our ways, and for the third time the order was wrong; however, this time my hubs picked it up and got it all the way home before we discovered it. I called simply to ask them to have the correct order ready to hear the employee rudely tell me, "we can't give it to you over the phone." Yes, I'm aware of that. I'm simply asking you to have it ready since we have to go to the trouble of driving there again. We miss you old Brick Oven. New brick oven...poor service...disgusting restaurant...so sad for loyal customers.

I wish I could show you a picture of the stuffed mushrooms I ordered to go. Of course I waited until I got home to look at them. Because I ve never had a problem at the Russellville location. Terrible.

I will NEVER go to Brick Oven again!! I have never been treated so rude at a resturant. My order was wrong called back to talk to a manager and the employee (Sara) told me her manager would not talk to me then hung up me in my face!!! I cant believe management allows their employees to treat paying customers this way. Very dissapointed!!!

Friendly wait staff and will check on you often. Good pizza as well.
