I had heard great things about this salon and its owner, Stacey, and it proved to be so true! Worth the trip- my hair looked amazing. She took the time to educate me on hair care and product...and my husband loves my hair. Highly recommend.

NEVER GO TO EXECUTIVE SALON in Mobile off Schillinger Rd in the Walmart parking lot!! Stacey Glass, THE OWNER of this salon, ripped me off and messed my hair up so bad!! I had VIRGIN HAIR and asked for a color.. Well, after two sessions, I walked out looking hideous and she charged me $340.00 total for both sessions. She messed up so bad the first time that she told me she would do the correction for free but she didn't. She ended up charging me $190 for the correction. I had to end up paying $200 more the very next day after the correction to a lady that actually knows how to do hair. (thanks Gretchen from his and hers salon) I called Stacy glass to politely ask her to at least refund $190 and her response was, " so, used olaplex on your hair, am I supposed to eat that expense?" Are you kidding me? The olaplex was only $40! At this point I'm already $340 in, when my hair color was only supposed to be $150 to begin with! And she's going to worry about $40? She told me she was with another client and she would call me back in a couple hours!! Well I never got that phone call. I paid her in cash so I went to the salon to get my receipts and she hit in the back storage room.. she wouldn't even help one of her employees print up one of the receipts. Right before I was about to leave she ended up coming out but she never even said anything to me! Then I heard her say to the girl that she was doing her hair, " you gotta look good for Easter!" That was a slap in the face. What about my hair? You had me looking like Tony the Tiger walking up out of there.. all I want is my money back. I think that is fair! She is not willing to be a good business owner because she would rather rip people off. So, I am forced to take this to social media. I would ask that you would share this post and maybe the humiliation will make her realize that she was wrong. I have pictured below what I asked her for and what she gave me also, I have pictured what I had to pay a different hair stylist $200 to do. Stacy glass straight up stole $340 from me and I want it back. I work hard for my money as well and I shouldn't be out $340 because she doesn't know how to do hair. She told me that she has been doing hair for 20 years so expected a little bit more out of her than this! This is one of those nightmare stories that you hear about!! If she has any morals about herself she should feel so bad. Please share this post to let mobile know what kind of business Executive Salon is.. Stacy glass, you should be ashamed of yourself and you should hang up your scissors. The way you let me leave your salon and charging me $190 more, you should never be able to do hair again!! Shame on you!! ( the first picture is what my hair look like to begin with, the second picture is what I wanted and the pictures to follow is what she gave me.) I will post a picture in the comments of what the amazing hands of Gretchen Lee Bayley did to save my hair :-) I am so thankful for her!

I really love to shop@ Walmart Automotive Automotive Center on Schillingers Road ( Mobile , Al.) because Vonte' The Automotive Manager and his Staff as well as the in side Cashier's are very knowledgeable and fast and friendly!!! Great products ( New Battery) @ 5 year Warranty and Prorated for a great price!!!!!!! Thank you Walmart !!! I enjoy shopping at your stores.

Too pricey and bdid not cut my hair the way I wanted

Beauty saloon located at Schillinger Town Center between Burke's and Cricket. Friendly and professional staff will take care of your hair and trendy styles.

The new look I have 2 say not too thrilled about it was more kid friendly before it was knots salon. Staff is still great a little over priced my 12 yrs dry hair cut was $22 plus tip. Which was worth it when it was Styles & Smile. I gave 4 stars but I will be hunting a more kid oriented hair place w more affordable prices.
