As a mail order customer living in Austin, TX, I'm consistently impressed by the level of service Issues Needed provides. Great store, great staff, I always make it a point to visit when I'm in the MPLS area.

These guys are simply the best. Not only does they have a HUGE selection of comics, books, and collectables, but if you're after something they don't have, they can almost certainly get it. We've had quite a few strange request comics but they were able to hunt them down in no time and for a very fair price. I can't recommend these guys enough. Courteous, knowledgeable, and that perfect mix of friendly/professional.

Very inviting atmosphere with a lot of selection. The people working there are incredibly friendly and helpful. Lacking the snooty, condescending, know-it-all attitude some local comic shops make you deal with. I'm in at least once a week looking around. Highly recommended.

I attended the opening night release they had. I am new to comics, never read them before. The guys are extremely helpful. I've been going once a week since then. Other stores always made me feel intimidated and had everything in boxes so I didn't even really know what I was looking for. These guys are very friendly and have everything displayed so just browsing for something to read is a piece of cake.

Such a cool store with so much to buy! And the employee who helped me, Sam I think, was seriously so cool. He knows his stuff and made the overall experience in the store so easy and fun. Thanks Sam!!

This is hands down the best comic shop South of the cities. Excellent selection, and Jason is one of the coolest, friendliest shop owners you could ever hope to meet. I cannot recommend this shop enough. Five stars.

I wish I had a pleasant experience with this business but unfortunately, I did not. I don t live in the area but one of my Facebook friends who frequents here told me that they had a hard to find book I was looking for and that they ship orders. I called on a Saturday and the guy I spoke to told me that it would be held for me until the guy who does shipping came in on Tuesday. He took my number and name for him to call me and confirm my information. I never received a call. I waited 24 hours and called Wednesday afternoon to follow up and the guy I talked to had no idea what I was talking about but he did tell me that the owner would call me when he was back at the store. Once again, I never received a call.

I'm brand new to Magic the Gathering. I went there to play on a Sunday. Casual game play. Everyone there was cool and willing to help me learn. The person working, Jason, was awesome and very helpful. I will be going back!

Fantastic comic shop. Cheap bins are awesome. Wall comics are always cool to check out. Only thing I wish would be bigger is the pop selection but it's a tiny thing. Great and friendly staff!

The interior is impeccably clean and stock tidy. Regrettably I was disappointed by the lack of selection after wanting to visit months, excited about a comic shop being in town. I am used to shops bursting and massive with issues old and new (Shinder's when it was still open and The Source are my points of reference and examples).

Most of the inventory seemed quite recent with no vintage back issues to speak of. Except for one standalone rack, the other comics were lined along the walls and made the store look so bare. I did not realize this was a venue for gaming events, and honestly will say I have not attended any thus cannot totally dismiss this business.

If I am missing crucial aspect or experience of Issues Needed am open to hearing them from someone -- otherwise I must deem it underwhelming.
